Herradura Mexican Grill

OK, So this is literally the closest Mexican restaurant to our house and I've always been skeptical to try it out because no one is ever there. Well the joke is definitely on me. I've been missing out big time. We decided to give it a shot and boy was it good!! So I love enchiladas, any kind actually. I wanted to try it out on a sizzling cast iron skillet this time. So I asked the waiter if they could do that and he said yes, and that no one has ever asked this before. YOU MUST TRY THIS! It is delicious, the cheese is bubbling and not burnt when you receive it. And the cast iron keeps the cheese gooey! Seriously ask for this and let me know what you think! The fajitas were also great! The tortillas are made in-house and great margaritas!!! I would of given 5 stars but the chipotle salsa didn't sit well with me! But if you mix the spicy green sauce you can mix it together. They marry very well together! Enjoy!

I always liked this place, but with no customers seems beef meat not being turned out enough. hubs got the beef nachos. I got cheese enchilada & fajita taco just had that going bad flavor, sent everything back paid for our wine and left. what didn't help was the waitress (manager) kept insisting it's not going bad that it's the marinade. Nope we know that flavor.

Now this is a real Mexican restaurant. The food is delicious and the drinks are fab! The drink menu is extensive. Very spacious restaurant with plenty of waiters/waitresses. The service is quick and the food is hot. If you can't find anything to eat here, you're not hungry. The prices are reasonable.. 4 adults, 4 children , drinks, dinner and less than $100.And of course, you know me.... Gotta check out the bathroom... yep, passed the test.. clean, neat and plenty of toilet paper!

The management and/ownership has changed. Maybe it's just me but I feel the atmosphere has changed. Food is still good but the $5.99 jumbo margarita on Thursday is gone. $9.99 is way overpriced when you can get a kick ass margarita at Aquirre's on Hwy 6 for like $3.50. Their menu prices are more reasonable too. So Herradura is not on the top of restaurant choice list right now

The food was delicious and freshly made. The service was great and everyone was friendly. I highly recommend trying this place out if you are craving Mexican food. Really delicious!!

I'm posting this review because of the Birria tacos. When I was searching for restaurants that offered these tacos, this restaurant didn't show up. This is the first time I've had Birria tacos, so I can't say they are the best but I will say I really liked them and will come back again for them. My husband had the carnitas enchiladas and said they were delicious. We have eaten at this restaurant several times in the past. Food and margaritas are always good as is the service. The hostess is really friendly and outgoing making sure you feel welcome.

It's our go-to Mexican restaurant now. Good food and service, and the price is right.

Great food, great margaritas, great service. Place is a bit sad for my taste. The environment is a bit too quiet. And I like it quiet just not so much. Play some soft mariachi or anything "MEXICAN" after all it is a Mexican restaurant. I don't see tostones or gandules on the menu, so quit that regueton cr@p.

AWESOME!!!!Do you want great Mexican Food? Then pull in this little place and sit down and stay a while.The sounds are Great and the bar is incredible! You can always stay as long as you want and be as comfortable as you need. A fantastic menu. My favorite is the pork enchiladas, for you gringos, it's a little spicy but they're so tender and good and knock your head off. That's what everything is like. Pull the door open relax and down and get down some good food. I guarantee you love it!Charro Beans are a fave too!!!

Home style Tex Mex. Great Queso Fundido and crispy tacos. Don't expect precise Mexican fare. This is the delicious Texas version that I grew up on.
