Crazy night with too much drinking. I like the place, lots of sex in the air, good drinks, and good vibes. They knew how to make a clasic, so i'm good. Lots of dancing but people dont dress up much these days.

Omg where do I start. July 8th or 9th I came here. We walked up The security guard told us the place was close and was not letting anyone in for another 30mins. But two guys walked up behind us and the security guard let them in. We was not tripping we was just like okay we just come back.... We came back like a hour later...Two tall black security guards was there when we go back. They search us and stuff said we was good to go. When we got to the door the same short black security guard from earlier. Told us we can't come in because we have sandles on. Like wtf and when we turned to walk away because we got turned away. The security-guards that search us asked us where we going and my friend told him that we could not get in because we had on sandles he was looking confused . But being from California I was over it the hospitality from that man was just so disappointing.I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE...The real reason I felt like we didn't get in was because my friend friend was a gay male.

Was trying to enter with a group of friends last night however the bouncer didn't let me in because he didn't need my "white ass or my white ass bullshit in the club". he did let the rest of the group I was with in however, but not me because I was "white" however I am not white lol. you can see this in my profile photo and the photo attached below. I was only trying to grab my friends who were already inside because I was the designated driver and a separate group of people were letting me in with them. The group i was with was all black and the bouncer was black as well so I don't see why he didn't let me in or even perceive me as white. this was my first time coming and I will not be returning.

The bouncer "DOORMAN" at heart night club also works at Bisou and he accepts bribes to let people inside and picks and chooses people to come in based on their outfits and how they look. Very stuck up place even though it's kind of ghetto.

Just turning 18, I was excited to venture out into the club scene starting out with Heart! It was $40 for entry which is a bit much in my opinion, but the establishment has to get their money somehow since we are underaged for drinks. You can pay for entry using Apple Pay, cashapp, Zelle, etc! The club is a nice atmosphere with the music and everyone dancing! There seemed to be someone ordering bottle service every 5 minutes lol!

Brandon the bouncer and the other bouncer working with him made our experience terrible. He made our night terrible never returning, DO NOT GO HERE. Other clubs have way better customer service. Brandon was for sure on a Power trip. Not worth the rude staff and lame vibe. empty at a prime and over charge us on purpose?! DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE ROBBED.

The police are disrespectful, put their hands on women, pushed my friend to the ground, as you can see the mark on her leg, witnesses helped her up and asked if she was okay. I was forcefully pushed along with multiple other women trying to wait for our friends to come out of the bathroom. Once I started recording because they were being so uncalled for, feeling safety was an issue to provide proof that's when they decided to tone it down because they knew they were in the wrong. I have more than enough footage, time stamps, a badge number; the manager took no accountability nor did he care. Corrupt and bad business. If I could post videos on here I would share. Karma is real, God is real, and so is court. I don't care who you are I'm not a ignorant woman.Stand up for what's right and don't support corruption.Women need protected.If anyone else would like to speak up on an experience of any kind or similar brutality feel free to comment below I will get your information.

Heart is a vibe. Lots of beautiful woman .. you'll be in awe. The music selection is good. The club is small and gets very packed. Drinks are expensive, sections cost you $1000+. If you have money to spend on a good time I recommend this club. I always have a good time but I spend close to $2000 every time I go so I'm supposed to have a good time haha. If you're trying to have a cheap night I wouldn't recommend coming here .. you won't enjoy the night I promise. Overall 8.5/10

no point of booking sections Tuesdays it will be sold last minute to someone who didn't book! don't matter if they ruin your birthday like they did mine. They also tell you at the last minute it's non refundable so basically theft! cancel on you and keep your money this place is a joke

Got charged twice, once with tip and once with no tip. Called to dispute but voicemail is full. Not a big issue but its the principle that counts. Please respond to resolve.
