I absolutely love this place! They've got me throughly addicted to the turbo boost teas! They're so tasty and I can enjoy them without guilt because they're low sugar and low calorie. Literally you gotta try them. Also Tuesday is turbo Tuesday so you get them for $5 instead of $7! Don't let the price scare you off. Totally worth every penny.

This is a great idea but place is centered around products sold through multi- level marketing. I don't believe that is the best quality of shake available. There is heavy stevia in the shake mix. There was some real fruit. I wound up getting g very soft bowels several hours after drinking. It might be a good thing but it didn't feel that way. I would prefer to get my nutrition from Whole Foods and not just a shake mix.Service was good. Owner was very nice and the place was nice.

Good customer service with limited product description. They advertise as being a healthier alternative, however do not display ingredients or nutrition information. After leaving the post office, I decided to stop by this cafe. I was thirsty and interested in purchasing one of their teas. Immediately I was greeted and since I was looking at the menu, they said they could tell I hadn't been there before. Therefore, the friendly employee jumped into a discussion about their company. He asked if I had been to tropical smoothie, smoothie king, or planet smoothie. I replied that I had and then he said that their establishment is the exact opposite since they are lower in calories, low in sugar, and higher in micronutrients. Unfortunately they make those claims without providing support (e.g. nutrition information). Nonetheless, I chose to try two teas, the Blue Coconut and Gummy Bear.Personally I'm not a fan of their teas since they tasted like sour liquid snow cones. I gave up after a few sips. My husband, however did like them. We have not tried their meal replacement shakes.

Healthy but Good is located on Wrenn around some of my favorite places. This place has ample parking, boasts the ability to switch your meal for a drinkable-shake with a multitude of options that are claimed to be healthy. We tried out the immunity cocktail, pineapple orange coconut smoothie and a house recommendation of peanut butter chocolate shake (meal replacement). From a taste perspective, the immunity cocktail was light, like a tea with a good set of flavors and probably most liked. For the shakes: There's no doubt it has protein in it because you can taste it and that didn't work in favor for the chocolate peanut butter because 3 people tasted it and it didn't go well with anyone. The pineapple orange coconut actually tastes wonderful for the low carb/high protein situation, and if I were ever prescribed to stay on a diet I'd try that. My concern with this store comes where NO ingredients are listed in anything. In today's world, the world healthy means a lot more to people- it resonates with disclosing what you put in our food. I saw the immunity cocktail was made with an array of "supplements" and if I had a way of easily knowing that was the powders I drank with the rest of the drink, I'd be much happier. My second gripe is the place doesn't believe in masking at all. The owner saw me and my child masked, other curious patrons walk-in also masked, there is a mandate in place in Cary- but the owner never masked. So if you're covid conscious, or conscious of knowing what fundamental ingredients are in your food, or whether your drink has additives or preservatives or such- then this isn't the place for you. If you care about being on a low carb diet with no major worry for a pandemic- this might be a good place for you to try. I thought the atmosphere/ambience was nice should the owners rethink about the pandemic and have clarity about ingredients. It does (and maybe doesn't) help that they are located right next to possibly the best donut shop in the area.

I tried this place since I was in the area to cash in on my Duck Donuts reward points! I got the Pineapple Mango Smoothie and it was so good! I've been dealing with morning sickness and this gave me all the good calories I needed. I love all their different flavors and can't wait to try more of them!

So delicious and high in protein. I love this concept. I got the thin mint cookie shake and it was such an unique taste. Friendly staff too.

This place is a Herbalife smoothie shop. They do not list ingredients, and their products have been linked to liver failure. I stopped in, noticed the signs and immediately turned around. Please think twice before "dining" here.

I don't really like smoothies, good service, or places with nice atmospheres. It's just not really my vibe I guess you could say. The smoothie tasted like a proper smoothie, which is bad for me because I don't like smoothies.
