A hidden gem in Katy! We had a great first experience at brunch at Harvest.To start, this restaurant is tucked away in a shopping center on Mason Road, but the ambiance inside is warm and inviting. It felt like every inch of the room had been carefully decorated.My husband and I both ordered the harvest breakfast, which comes with 4 items and is served with buttered toast. I chose the waffle, bacon, fried chicken, and sliced avocado & tomato. Everything was delicious, with the waffle probably being my favorite part. For the fried chicken, we both chose the hot option, and we thought the spice level was pretty mild while it was very well seasoned. For our drinks, we both ordered the lavender latte and really enjoyed the flavor. My dad ordered the sourdough pancakes, and they were great as well. While I'm usually all about the taste, I would add that the presentation here was really well done, and the purple flowers tied it all together.Our only complaint was that our lattes took a long time - they were brought out after our food, after we asked a few times. While I usually like to sip coffee prior to eating, the employees here were very nice throughout our meal, and when we did get the lattes they were very good.If you haven't tried Harvest yet, I would highly recommend it for your next breakfast or brunch in Katy!

This place never disappoints.Love Lori's, the chef/owner passion and imagination. Her love for food and the creativity.I took one of my girlfriend's for her birthday and she enjoyed her first time experience and even got crowned with a birthday tiara.We both opted for the Quiche Brunch Plate. Picked the bacon, Swiss, Gruyère quiche. The plate was beautifully displayed.We both did not care for the dressing on salad. It was too tart for us and so happy we were able to get the Pear Champgne dressing instead. So good.The quiche's crust makes you want to lick the plate. LolWe also ordered the regular carrot case. So good!

Discovered this place while searching for a spot catering to both vegan and non-veg preferences, with kid-friendly options for my family.The food is exceptional! Tried the lunch chicken tacos, and they're the best I've ever had. Incredibly delicious, perfectly cooked chicken, making the taco burst with flavor. Enjoyed the side potatoes and greens too. My husband loved the vegan tacos, saying he didn't miss any meat--a rare find for good vegan options!Ordered a kid's meal with one egg, sausage link and a fruit cup but received two eggs and a fruit cup, missing the sausage. The server didn't clarify or mentioned anything about it at all. Despite being engrossed in our meal, we realized the mistake only after leaving--slightly disappointing not to receive what was paid for.All dishes were beautifully presented with a flower on top. While the location isn't great, the interior is cozy with a unique charm, even if a bit tight on space.Given the exceptional food, we'll become regulars quickly. Looking forward to explore more dishes from their menu in the future!

Had another amazing lunch here with my favorite Auntie!!! It was her first time and we were celebrating her birthday -- She absolutely loved it!! Lori was so kind and gave her a tiara to wear and take home. Everything we ordered and ate was phenomenal, like always!!! It's such a cute, friendly and clean restaurant. I was sad to see they no longer had plantains -- I talked to Lori about bringing them back & she said she might, yay!!! I hope they do because they're amazing!! My favorite go to dish is their Chicken & Waffles with egg benedict & potatoes -- the best!!! Can't wait to come back again :)

The food was delicious. The Belgian waffle was to die for. II had the harvest breakfast. My friend had the gluten free waffle. She was so surprised by how delicious it was. The atmosphere is welcoming the chef stopped by to greet each table. Service was great. I will be going back.

I was visiting my friend Lizzie in Texas, and she took me and Lisa, our mutual friend, out for breakfast. On this particular morning, it was pouring and very cold. We arrived at this cute and very nicely decorated restaurant. I was so pleased to be here and not outside in that rain. The young lady who greeted us at the door was sweet. So when you walk in, you pick up a menu and give your name to the host. You then proceeded to order your coffee and breakfast at the counter. You're then sitted at the assigned table and waiting for the delicious breakfast and coffee. I ordered chefs Lori bagel cream cheese and salmon on one side of the bagel. The other half was avocado with sliced boil egg served with green salad. Latte Coffee. My friend Lizzie had the strawberry cookie waffle with double expresso, and Lisa had a Quiche brunch plate with Chai Latte tea. I loved the presentation of each plate and the chef walking around, greeting everyone. It felt so good being in there, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone. They even had a lot of cute little things to buy. Homemade soaps, lotions, and others. Very nice decoration all over the restaurant.

It's a different set up but it works. You give your name to the hostess. They give you a number. You order at the counter. You get your table assignment and drinks (I got coffee and oj). You sit and they bring the food to you. We had a patio/ sidewalk table. It's so cute though bc your name is written at the table on a placard. I had the chicken and waffles it was so good. Definitely coming back. It's located in a big shopping ctr so parking is easy.

Oh WOW!! This is a restaurant you don't want to miss! It is counter-service, but do not let that fool you. Their checkin and table assignment process guarantees that you will have a table before you order your food. The menu offers a lot of choice, which usually makes me wonder how fresh the food will be. But this food is fresh and delicious! I had the Fried Goat Cheese Salad with grilled chicken and my husband had the breakfast tacos and a pancake. The salad was beautiful - I almost didn't want to eat it, but I'm glad I did! Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked chicken and the fried goat cheese was yum! The champagne vinaigrette- I was tempted to ask for a bucket of that to take home!My husband loved the tacos - especially Chef's salsa. He doesn't normally like a lot of sauces or hot spice, but he loved this salsa. And he enjoyed his pancake as well. For dessert, I had to try Chef's famous carrot cake - get it with the pecans on top! Great flavor and very moist. Reminded me of a great bread pudding. But with carrot cake. Don't worry about that diet - you have to try some!Service was friendly and conscientious and the decor was cute. We will be back again and again.

Absolutely loved it, the chorizo heuvos rancheros was delicious. Made me feel like I was back at a little cafe in London, I had surgery on my foot and the owner went out of her way to make it easier for me. Such lovely people, I am excited to try the other stuff on the menu, it was hard to choose, but I Loved it, the atmosphere and the staff. The owner brought me out there harvest potatoes to try, and they were dead on, seasoned perfect, a little crunch on the skin, which is how I prefer them. You can tell they take pride in everything that comes out of the kitchen, which they should cause it's different and so tasty, I left feeling good, I will be bringing the hubby and kids to this calm, relaxing ,sweet restaurant , it's to good not to. Can't say enough good about this place. Be back soon

My wife and I stopped there for breakfast this Friday. It was our first time to dine there. The waitstaff was polite and helpful. The ordering and seating was a bit different than we are accustomed to but once they explained the system it was fine. The food on the other hand was amazing. I had the brisket breakfast taco and my wife had the grits. Very likely the best of both we have encountered. Next time we're in the neighborhood we would dine there again.
