I was just there for lunch. I ordered a sandwich. On the menu sitting by the register it states the sandwich is served with one regular side. Not true!!! I ordered fries but ended up paying for them. I also ordered a side salad. When I emptied it out into my tray, the lettuce was brown. Like all of it. Took it up front to show cashier. She took it back to the kitchen. The "manager" came out. She didn't seem to understand that brown lettuce is not ok. I asked her if she'd eat it. She just said what do you want me to do?? Seriously!?!?' I've been eating there for a very long time. I will NEVET go back. Oh, and the girls working in the kitchen had SHORT pajama bottoms on. Calling health department tomorrow!!!

Had to go to the UPS store to drop off a package, was close to lunch time so went in. Decided on the chef salad and decided to eat there. The guy taking orders was very friendly and my food came out fast. The portion was huge!!! Everything was fresh and very good. I couldn't eat it all so took about half of it home. There were only two or three tables open and everyone seemed to be enjoying their food. I want to go back and try some sandwiches because they looked really good. Also while I was there. I visited the restroom and it was very clean.

this has always been my favorite restaurant!!!!! Chicken Teryaki pita is the BOMB! My rating for this last visit was a little lower just because they don't have the beer battered cheese sticks and honey mustard any longer! Was my favorite food EVER!!!Bring it back...PLEASE!!!

The food here has definitely taken a down hill turn. I ordered the teriyaki chicken plate and the chicken was overcooked and dry. Also the cheese sticks have changed. They are now cheese bites similar to the cheese curds they serve at cookout. The homemade potato chips were fine but it's hard to mess those up

Horrible! Picked two sandwiches up. One has wilted lettuce and a couple spoons of tuna in a soggy roll. Other sandwich came in a foil wrap that had been left OPEN and the few soggy ingredients spilled all inside the bag. They couldn't even manage to wrap it completely! Wow!!

So disappointed. Haven't eaten here in several years but remembered how good their cheesesteaks were. Tried them tonight and could not believe how small they were when I opened the container and tasted like frozen steak I get from the grocery store. For what I paid, expected better.

Terrible food. The cashier never refilled the unsweetened tea container and there was none for us. We asked her and she more or less ignored us. My husband ordered the Monday special. He orders a double order of chicken and was supposed to get 2 sides. He got 4 pieces of "chicken nuggets " very dry. He got 2 servings of what looked like pork n beans from a can. Also. 2 pieces of dry old pita bread. I ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and large order of cheese sticks. Here is a picture of what they call cheese sticks.This was pitiful for $30. Never again.
