Harold's Chicken Food Truck

The food here was very fresh and good. I ordered the wing and shrimp combo, along with some gizzards. It was all really good.

I was sitting here at work trying to figure out what I wanted to eat on this beautiful Friday afternoon. I was so puzzled as to what I wanted to eat for lunch. I grabbed my coat and hat and headed out to lunch. I was walking down the street and spotted this red truck with the words "Harold's Chicken." Thank you to the Food Heaven of Joy. My taste bud started screaming for chicken. I was super geek up that the line wasn't even that long. (well as of yet) I stepped up and placed my order 4pc chicken wing dinner, (lemon pepper & mild sauce) a piece of bread, fries and a small cole slaw. It took roughly around 20 minutes for me to get my order. Thanks to Harold's for not disappointing me on today. The food was hot and delicious. I which I could of had a few more fries (a bit stingy). Service was good and good tasting food. If your ever in the downtown loop area be on the look out for the red Harold's Chicken Truck.

Brought in Harold's Chicken Food Truck for a private, ticketed event last month. They were friendly, reliable, communicative, and besides being a little tardy due to a marathon downtown, they were exactly what the event needed. Everything went smoothly and people loved the food. We will definitely have them back for future events!

Service is always slow, but after I waited 25 mins for 2 small catfish steaks to cook so they cook sit the fish on top of barely warm fries. The fries tasted like they had them sitting on the counter waiting for the food to cook.

Horrible service when it comes to their food truck on LaSalle and Adam's. First time ordering, the lady gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes because I was not quick enough. She was not helpful and very rude. Will never order from them.

Booked a Harold's Chicken Food Truck for an employee appreciation event and I have to say that I was very dissatisfied. The truck was an hour late. I was told that the truck would arrive at 10:30 and they did not arrive until 11:30. Never offered to compensate me for the time lost nor did they offer to stay later. Mind you, I booked the truck for six hours. They had the nerve to service customers outside of my event on the time that I booked and paid them for, even after I voiced my dissatisfaction. I paid for your time, how dare you make money from other customers on the time I paid for. As far as the feedback on the food, I was told that the chicken tasted like it was cooked in old grease and that it did not taste like Harold's Chicken at all. It just tasted like regular fried chicken. As far as the service was concerned, the lady servicing my team members seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Other than that, the service was okay. Would I recommend, absolutely not. Would I book them again, no!

Food is ok but SUPER expensive. A tray of fries is $6 and 4 wings is $12. This is the price the charge high school students btw. Also the food is really salty today. Get it together please.

Great hot chicken and fish. Just discovered the truck by accident. Eaten there 3 x now. I knew it must be good when over 20 people were waiting for orders( you get your food in about 8 min mines never been cooked before I ordered
