great service, come in usually once a week or so for some puff bars and smoke buddies. fair pricing and great service, recommend this shop to all of my friends blows rock n roll it down the street out of the water

I came here for the first time cause a friend recommended it to me. They had an amazing selection of disposable to choose from and they were at great price. The worker was really helpful and gave me his insight on which flavors he liked. I believe his name was david? Would definitely come back!

I love going to vape stores and experiencing all the differences and similarities that they have but this one needs to be inspected and shut down immediately! They don't check for identification, have no customer service and they employees are always sitting, talking or being on their phones on the clock instead of serving the customers. There is one employee I'm not very fond of and nearly is my husband but her name is Reese she's very rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and over talkative. Overall, this company needs to do some firing and rehiring if they want to stay open or just shut down completely. Hopefully someone important sees this because minors should not be allowed to purchase any sort of substance if they aren't of age and this isn't the first time this business or the employees have been told they are required to ask for identification.

i've been coming to hard rock for a lil while now and i could easily say my favorite vape shop in cypress. the guys who work here are super helpful and really nice!! definitely recommend
