Came here with 2 friends, we're from out of town. They didn't have a small room (for 4 ppl) for us but instead gave us a med room and charged us the same price as a small room. We didn't make a reservation, reservations are for those planning to stay for 3+ hours, otherwise it's a walk-in. Recommend to do walk-ins during their happy hours before 6 pm? Seems like they get packed later on during the night 6pm+ and so on. The guy at the front was really nice! Helped us out a lot. Really friendly and one of the staff members is good at drawing! Saw their pets (dogs/cats) drawings. There's a service fee added to your bill. I don't remember the % but it was like $3 for us. We got a rather pretty forest room aka tree wallpaper. There's a button near the door if you need to call for help with anything. The staff helped us connect our phone to the tv so we can choose whatever song we want from YouTube to sing which is very convenient and easy since we already knew how YouTube works and didn't have to scroll through any unknown app to find the song we want.

Went here on a Friday night with my BFF and all the smaller rooms were booked so we ended up with the extra large room. Super nice room with a big screen and laser lights. We definitely had a fun time and also order fruity sake. Would recommend this spot if your looking for spacious karaoke place with your own room.

Their customer service is horrible and rude. All i wanted to do was set up a reservation for my bday and get a few questions i had from their website answered. The guy in the phone was would not let me finish speaking when he would ask me something. then rushed me on the call. Gave me a smart ass answer when i asked about about "once your order meet the requirement the room is all yours for 5 hours and or more for weekdays (For Free)"..... first he denied they provide that service even though i told him its in their website. see photo attached. and the got super smart said their business has been there for ten years and they never offered anything like that. They should really update their website. Anyways. needless to say i will not be going there. If they are this rude on the phone i can only imagine the actual business. Be Better.

My wife and I had a great time singing there. We had the cute small Hello Kitty room. The staff were really nice and explained the options and how to use everything. They were also fast to handle our mics running out of batteries during our time.

Finally made my way to Happy Zone after passing by it multiple times. We came for a friend's birthday and were able to comfortably seat 13 people in a room. The room gets extremely cold so be sure to bring a jacket. I like that you're able to bring your own food and drinks to truly make it your own experience but it does come with a $30 fee. It seems pretty steep to charge a BYOB fee if you don't even offer full bar service and minimal food options. While this place does have their own karaoke programs inside of the room, my friend opted to cast songs from Youtube on her phone. Other reviews have commented that the program's song list is very limited, though. We still had an enjoyable experience but the establishment could surely invest in getting a new karaoke and program and expanding their menu.

We decided to wrap up our night with birthday karaoke (they offer 10% off!). We weren't able to reserve a room in advance, because no one picked up our calls. The room itself is fine, darkly lit with strobe lights and very air-conditioned. The microphone was too loud in comparison to the music, and we unfortunately weren't able to change the settings. The worker asked us how long we wanted the room for and we told them one hour. We didn't take note of the exact time that we started, so when we felt like it had to have been an hour and the worker hadn't come back, we went out and realized that our time had just been running and charging by the minute. Not a big deal, but I'm not sure why the worker asked us how long we wanted the room if he was going to continue charging us for every minute over one hour. Again, this might be common knowledge that our group just wasn't aware of, as we'd never done private karaoke, so not entirely their fault, but wish we were made aware. The rates online are by the hour, so it wasn't very clear to us. When we returned our microphones, we were made aware that we weren't put in an x-small room, but a small room. We came in wanting an x-small room, so did not expect to find that on our bill, which was just another instance of miscommunication on both ends. Lastly, they added an automatic 18% gratuity, which stunned me. There was truly nothing that called for gratuity, as we had not ordered anything. I am happy to tip service workers, but not in this situation where absolutely no service was provided. Overall, the experience was not the best. The extra money that was paid is not the issue, it's the principle of the matter--- the whole place just gave off scammy vibes.

Stay away from this place. I booked a reservation on 1/28 for a party on 2/9. I was told that if I canceled my reservation at least 3 days before the reservation I would receive a refund for the deposit that was required to book. After going to look at the place I decided to cancel because the place reeked of cigarettes and sewer which was not very pleasant. I called on 2/4 to cancel, I was told that I would receive a refund 24hours via Zelle from the owner. Here we are 2/12, 8 days later and still no refund, I've called multiple times and have been told that the owner is aware that he owes me a refund but has not did it yet and will not communicate with the employees when I should expect the refund.

Love the HOT water here. Service is just awesome. Very wholesome crew. Really wish I didn't forget their names. If your mic ever has a problem let them know! They were more than happy to help us out. I come here way too often! Beside the mic sometimes not working everything else is very worth it. Come before 7pm to save money as well!

Love this place on Sundays! Will definitely be my go to with my girls! They connect with YouTube so we get more options! And the prices are great!!

The workers were so incredibly unprofessional. It seemed as anything bothered them and they didn't t even pay attention to you more than half of the time :(When we got there they spend about 8 mins talking and at the end they charged us for that time they wasted as well as 18% tip even though we came in a small group for 2 hours. Automatic Tip was not mentioned anywhere For 5 people and 2 hours and 1 min it was 65 dollars it was a crazy price especially since the place wasn't all that great and a bit shabby. Also very hot in the room no ac just a small fan.Overall a shady place would avoid, pricey, unprofessional, and shabby.
