I might of found my new favorite sushi spot in CO! Everything was amazing. Service was great. We got the tuna special app which was delicious, crispy rice tuna, new style sashimi. Everything was great. My favorite had to of been the Kobe beef roll, I didn't know what was expecting but I was SO GOOD. All the rolls we got were honestly amazing.

When we arrived the restaurant was full. It took a long time for the hostess to come over and seat us. We ordered 3 rolls and spicy garlic edamame. The restaurant had a nice ambiance. When everyone left it got chilly. The food was served quickly. It took a long time to get our bill. We probably will not be going back.

Hana Matsuri is still easily a five star experience, 6 years later. We love Hana Matsuri. Why, you may ask? Many of the same reasons as originally shared. - Quality: we've never had a bad experience, food wise. Sushi has a shelf life, of course, and if you're not astute, it shows. - Service: wait staff are incredibly attentive, as if they just opened and are happy to see anyone walking through the doors. Attention to detail cannot be faked. - Affordability: Hana isn't cheap, but you will pay for quality fish, well made rolls, incredible flavor combinations and variety. You will NOT pay for downtown Denver prices but you'll get the same experience. Are you a sushi lover or think you might be? Never had sushi? Hana is your place. Don't ruin the experience when Hani is waiting.

literally pulled this place up because my son's girlfriend said the "grocery store" was fine for sushi. i had to prove her wrong. I am not at all familiar with what is on this side of town, but not - am i glad we tried this!! seriously delicious!! we had the twister roll (amazing!!) and another roll that i cannot remember the name of, but was equally yummy!! everything was super fresh and rolled perfectly. (don't you hate when sushi is rolled loosely and it falls apart when you pick it up?) these rolls held their shape! i eat a lot of sushi..... this among the top i've had! if you're in the area, don't hesitate!! you won't regret it!!

Hana Matsuri continues to be my favorite place for the Black Rock meal where you can cook your selection of meat or seafood at your table. Everything is extremely fresh and delicious! Ended such an awesome meal with mochi ice cream of green tea, chocolate, mango and hot tea! Everyone should try it at least once and also ask for their VIP Rewards Card.

This is hands down my favorite sushi joint in Colorado. Food is always delicious, service is always good. I recommend the spicy bincho roll and avocado salad. Ambiance is casual but not flip flops and tshirt casual.
