A treasure on Beacon St. ! Spacious and convenient, the service was excellent. I had the salmon, potatoes and spinach. My friend had a burger. There is an un-rushed vibe that adds to the experience. We loved it there so much that instead of dessert, we each had a serving of mussels. Dina and the staff were perfection.

Came here late night for a quick bite and wasn't too impressed. Ordered the cup of stew and cup of chowder. Neither one stood out. The stew had a rosemary flavor that took over completely. Our server did not seem too aware of the menu and promised us bread for the stew. We waited for quite some time before deciding to finish it without it. She finally returned to tell us cups don't come with bread. That was disappointing that we waited so long. Ambiance is dark and spacious in the back.

Came for an after work bite and sat at the bar . The place was relatively empty, but it still took the waiter about five minutes to acknowledge my presence. Once he greeted me, his overall demeanor seem to change and he was pretty friendly. The fries were great, and the clam chowder had a pretty decent amount of clams in it, but the top of it was lukewarm, and the inside was piping hot as if it was microwaved . The cauliflower arrived to me room temperature. Espresso martini was amazing and I have no complaints about that. the overall atmosphere of this place as a sports bar all the TVs had different sports games playing. Honestly, this area has a lot of restaurants so I don't anticipate coming back here.

The service was attentive and super friendly. I had a nice chat with some frequent locals at the bar, too. This spot offers up a local pub vibe, which is welcoming. Although my drink was way pricier than I thought it would be ($18 clams for a Manhattan?!l), I will come back again. The food is pub food, so don't expect any fancy pants dishes. I recommend popping in for a beer and quick eats on a night after work to avoid rush hour insanity. They have tables out front for those who want to 'be seen' and a patio area in the back, too!

Came here for dinner on a Friday night. Manager was extremely rude. They told us they had a party of 180 people and that the food would take up to 30 to 40 minutes. Manager told me I can go else where if I wanted. We sit down place our order and wait 30 minutes. Waitress then co.es out and tells us our order was never placed and retakes our order. Tells us it will only take 15 minutes. We wait again and food does not co.e out. Never will be back. They weren't even apologetic.

Horrible service, lack luster food. The tv was stuck on the guide menu. Lack attention to details and treat people like their patronage is a burden. Fine, won't come back.

Walked in to a mostly empty bar for an afternoon drink, and walked out 15 minutes later without even being acknowledged by the waitstaff. I obviously have no idea what was going on with them, but a simple 'hey, I'll be right with you' would have helped a lot. It's a dumpy dive bar - walk down any street for a few minutes and find something better.

Food- was incredibly unimpressive. Most you can make in the air fryer at home Service- SLOW, like I was a bother to them. Price- excessive for portions and quality The bar seems great and a good hangout spot but DONT come for the food.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a rude host who sat me down and promised to send a waiter. After waiting for 20 minutes, the same host returned to ask if anyone had attended to me, and when I said no, she proceeded to take my order. However, another 15 minutes passed, and she returned again, asking if someone had already taken my order, to which I reminded her that she said she would handle it. She then mentioned they were short-staffed and promised someone would come soon.After waiting another 10 minutes, a different waiter finally arrived, apologized, and asked what I would like to order again. At this point, I had been waiting for 40 minutes without receiving any service or food. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I hope the restaurant addresses their staffing issues and improves their customer service.

Stopped by for a beer & lunch on a slow Thursday afternoon (employees outnumbered customers). Sat at bar for almost 10 min & no staff approached me. I got up and left, and the person at the door (manager?) asked what the problem was. Seriously?!? Told him I didn't have time to waste my afternoon on my way out the door. Will NEVER return. Went to the Abbey instead. Better service and food.
