Halal Fried Chicken

If you're looking for crunchy fried chicken that is cooked to order, this is your spot. It's juicy too.There's nothing fancy here, but they cook to order -- so be prepared to wait. You'll be rewarded for it. Seasoning isn't a thing here, so be prepared to yank out the salt shaker. These folks are as nice as can be, and they prepare each order with love/ I'm totally thankful that I don't live around the corner, else I'd be visiting my endocrinologist much more often. This place is that good.

We love to support small local businesses BUT when I walked in and said How are you today and the guy at the counter just stares at you and says nothing, then I have a problem! When I placed my order he said NOTHING, ordered a drink.... NOTHING, my order total showed up on the register and he just looked at me. I said is that the total and rudely he said Yes.... BUT, I heard great reviews of this place and their chicken so we ordered the 2pc meal. Reviews I read is that it is fresh cooked to order which WAS NOT the case! The chicken was hardly even warm! It had a great crunch and good flavor but I like warm to hot chicken!!!! The guy sat at the counter and just STARED at us while we ate! Extremely uncomfortable and very sad bc we had high hopes for here but NEVER COMING BACK!! The place was empty and there was no background noise/music.... Very disappointing!!!

The fried chicken was pretty good. A tad greasy, but had good flavor and very crispy! Loaded fries had waaaaaay too much mayo on them. Even for someone who is okay with mayo, it was waaaay too much. They already put their sauce on it (which definitely has mayo in it) and that's fine, but why drench it in regular mayo too? If they just left off the regular mayo entirely and just used their sauce it would have been perfect. No idea why they think drenching it in mayo is appealing even for people that like mayo. If they fixed that they'd be a 4 or 5 star for sure. So if you don't like mayo either don't get the loaded fries or ask for no mayo (which I don't feel you should have to do).

Lots of red flags that I should have registered. Ordered multiple chicken sandwiches and we got chicken nuggets in a bun. The bar bq wings were crispy chicken wings with half a bottle of sauce poured on top. No real effort. No good attitude. Not sure how or why this place has the rating it has. I had high hopes.

I was so excited to try them out last night. I was on my back from Galveston and I was hungry after a long day at the beach. I heard about this deal on IG about their 9pm-Midnight menu but when I arrived and mentioned it, the regular menu was still the same.Anyways I tried their Lamb Shawarma Sandwich combo with Fries and Drink which was suppose to be $8.99 however they charge 3 percent if you pay Credit so it turned out to be about $11 and change. I got it to go and when I opened it right when I got it there was rarely any fries, no sauces, or even ketchup. The guy wanted to charge me $1 extra for Garlic Sauce.Sandwich though was ok....I think I can do better else where.Would I try them out again? Most likely not.

The lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. The fried chicken here was super hot and fresh! The meat was very juicy. This comes with a roll and 1 choice of side. I got the coleslaw: it taste different than what O was used to. The chicken sandwich was alright in my opinion. It also came with a side of fries. The drinks you will have to purchase. I was not sure if they had ice available; I did not ask. Make sure you have at least an hour of a lunch break or order ahead since the food took awhile to come out. They make it fresh as it is being ordered.

Great food, good prices. Service is fast and prompt. Ambiance is like a small cafe type place.Ordered a family size meal and it was ready wothina few minutes. Kitchen is open and can be seen from the register. It's clean and sanitary.Ordered chicken shawarmas, french fries, and fried okra to go for me and my daughter. Will definitely be back next time I'm in the Clear Lake - Webster area.

Welp, hate doing this, but here goes. I stopped by Halal Fried Chicken for dinner on a Tuesday. Located in Webster, this halal restaurant is located in a shopping center so parking won't be an issue. When I walked in, it was completely empty. No customers at all right around dinner time. You place your order at the counter. I could see the restaurant was somewhat dirty which is never a good sign. Maybe it's more of a takeout spot. I attempted to use a Groupon but was told that the restaurant was no longer accepting them due to new management. When I explained that a change in management isn't my fault, I spoke to the new owner who also was unwilling to budge. He offered me a 10% discount instead which was significantly less than the value of the Groupon. The new owner was a little rude and showed poor customer service. I'd avoid this restaurant. With how it looks, it doesn't seem like they care much about anything.

Best chicken in town! Good price. Pieces are huge. It is so tasty. Very friendly. I wish I lived on this side of town

This spot offers amazing halal fried chicken and many other great options. I ordered the fried chicken and the zinger burger. The fried chicken was really tasty and the zinger burger was soft and delicious. Service was great. I would definitely recommend coming here again.
