The food here is good, but I wouldn't dare eat it anymore. Each and every time I come here the health score is horrendous. The people who run this place do not care one bit about health codes or standards. Eat here at your own risk because you're probably going to get food poisoning. I understand culturally differences, but this is America and if you're going to run a business then abide by our standards. If you get a health score of 50 once it is already bad, but they've gotten that score on multiple occasions.

Looked for a lunch special today saw this Chinese lunch. Thought I'd give it a try. First time in. I'll go back. The only thing that would rival be the quality and flavor of the food was the service which was impeccable. It was only a lunch but everyone there was most attentive to anything I needed. If I looked up, someone was ready to see why and could they do anything for me? I was impressed. This place is the real deal. I would recommend it very much.

I was recommended to this place by a few friends so I finally made it here on a Saturday night to find plenty of parking spots and it to be about half-way full. They have indoor and outdoor seats available that is fully enclosed and what I believed to be space heaters too. My friends and I shared their steamed pork buns, grandma's noodles, and soup dumplings for starters. My favorite had to be the noodles because of the simplicity and texture of the noodles. I also enjoyed the fluffiness of the bun but found the pork flavor to be underwhelming, and this is coming from someone who loves pork. Soup dumplings were juicy but also lacked stronger aromatics. For entrees, we shared their sesame chicken plus their chicken with lettuce wraps. Both chicken dishes were well prepared and served with individual bowls of rice so you don't have to order and pay for it. Overall, I had a good experience. The staff were friendly and had a lot of additional personality I was not expecting. I would definitely come for their noodles and chicken dishes again but more so interested in trying other items from their menu. I recommend giving this place a try!

While in the area one Sunday, I decided to give Hai a try. Their website is user-friendly for ordering online, and my order was ready in 20 minutes. Parking was easy, spots in front of the restaurant filled up fast, but there was plenty of parking in the shopping center. When I walked in to pick up my order, the hostess was friendly and handed me my food right away. The ambiance was intimate with dim lighting.My entrée was the Kung Pao Shrimp and Scallops. It came with plenty of large shrimp and scallops that were cooked to perfection. It was spicy and very flavorful. The meal was pricey, but you get what you pay for, and I feel it was worth the price.Great lunch or date night spot. I definitely plan to come back and hopefully get the chance to dine in.

I came to Hai on a very chilly Tuesday morning. Upon entry, we were greeted and seated fairly quickly. The servers were friendly and very patient with my party of 2 as we pondered their menu. We got the [Bang Bang Shrimp], [Grandma's Noodle], [Dry Fried Eggplant], [Crispy Fresh Milk] and [Szechuan Chili Wontons].[Bang Bang Shrimp]* 10/10 dish. They give you SO much shrimp for just $13. Absolutely flavorful and a bit spicy. Perfect small dish for everyone![Grandma's Noodle]* 9/10 dish. This dish is not that spicy (which is wonderful). It has a slight kick and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The portion is also very big, very good for large parties.[Dry Fried Eggplant]* 9/10 dish. The dry fried eggplant reminds me of french fries. Theres a lot of cilantros and peppers, which I love. Each bite is so crispy and since it's eggplant, it is much healthier than regular potato fries![Szechuan Chili Wontons]* 10/10 dish. These wontons are SPICYYY. Like numbing spicy. The wontons are filled with a lot of meat and the presentation is spectacular. I would absolutely get this if you're a spice-lover.[Crispy Fresh Milk]* 10/10 dish. The best Chinese restaurant ITP?! Honestly I can see it. I think I may need to be in person to further evaluate though a take out order is solid. I think the biggest let down was the salt and pepper calamari which felt like they had put it in the microwave and then packed it up. The crispy eggplant tasted great though was not crispy, though it probably steamed from the take out packing, so not much to do there. I loved the hot and sour soup and numbing chicken! The stand outs from my order were flavorful and not spicy. I loved the Sichuan numbing flavor and the chicken had a good balance of flavor, moistness, and balanced well with the veggies. I need a round 2 in person though take out was solid. Definitely intrigued by the menu and what I've tried so far!
