Haggerty Deli

I finally got around to hitting this place up during the COVID lockdown for take out after knowing about its existence for close to a year. Have always wanted to try it out though but often new places get overshadowed but the existing good ones. Ended up getting a couple of Italian Hoagie's which came to around $14 even. The two hoagies were some of the heaviest I've ever felt packed with meat. These are on an amarosa roll which is different than the other places that uses the seeded rolls. Overall a solid sandwich which took two meals to finish.

I have been on the search for a delicious Italian hoagie, for quite some time, and I'm happy to say that I've finally found it! It had all the right Italian deli meats,with provolone cheese, red onions, romaine lettuce, and tomatoes. Everything was sliced thin, just the way I like it, and the price was right on point! I will definitely return, and I'd like to give a shout-out, to Ryan, who not only made it but met me at the door with it because parking is not easily had around there. That little thing will not stop me from going back...keep up the good work!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this neighborhood Deli. They are always super kind and helpful and make amazing sandwiches. My boyfriend and I are both vegetarian and they make some of the best veggie hoagies we've ever had. So lucky to live so close to such an amazing neighborhood place. Thank you Haggerty's!

We heard about this deli on Facebook from others who were trying to spread the word of this newly opened gem. We decided to switch up our route and take our evening run to try this place out. When we walked in you can tell that they're cleaning up the place and working hard to make it their own. We were greeted by the owner who immediately apologized for lack of lunch meat, but we came in an hour before closing so we were not bothered. We ordered a large roast beef hoagie that was generously filled at a very reasonable price. They have plenty of items on their shelves and we picked up some treats for our dog. Definitely a place we will return to, especially since it's conveniently walking distance. Keep up the hard work Haggerty's.

The best hoagies joint in the area. My husband and I often get hoagies from T&F as it is much closer and their hoagies are very good. But when it comes to quality of meats, Haggerty is the best. I had Hagerty's BLT also and it was great.The owner is a very nice young man and it feels good to patronize a local mom and pop shop

Starting from the beginning the service was great. Speaking with the gentleman on the phone whom was so friendly and helpful in ordering a tray of hoagies. He even asked what the occasion was for and mention he wanted to give a toy. When I came to pick up the 2 gentlemen were super friendly making good conversation and opening the door for me on the way out. My 9 year old was so grateful to receive a toy figurine. Then came the hoagies, which were amazing! Everyone at the party was raving about it! Deli meat was fresh and bread was perfectly soft but chewy! I will def order from here again.

I was looking for a good place to get a sandwich. As soon as you walk in you're greeted with a friendly face, the place is clean, and the meatball sandwich was absolutely delicious. We were visiting from Houston this time, but definitely will be back can't wait to try more of their food. Highly recommend them!

The Big frank is the best breakfast sandwich in philadelphia... seriously. Head over to Haggerty's, i'm tellin ya, it's worth it.

Recently moved into The neighborhood and stumbled across this gem. Ryan the owner is super nice and always helpful. Love the Hoagies and breakfast sandwiches. Good quality and reasonably priced. Have had several contractors at the house who also tried their sandwiches and loved them.

Haggerty Deli sandwiches are fantastic and are also a great price. Only one down fall is not a lot of parking around this area so try to take someone with you to hop out and pick up the food. This place is outstanding.
