I was very well pleased with my meal and service tonight! Sierra was an excellent waitress with excellent knowledge and advice. The chips and salsa were as fast as I sat down at the table, the waitress Sierra was right behind them and the good times and great food were in store. I had the Seafood enchiladas. Enchiladas stuffed with, shrimp crab and who knows what else but they were great! Not really what you would expect in a Mexican enchilada but hey, I chose to order the Seafood enchiladas so, there it is.Service, service just could not be better. I highly recommend this restaurant. Alberto and Sergio were fantastic, consistently checking on us and providing excellent customer service. The enchiladas suizas were incredible, the queso blanco was delicious, and the chips were perfect. The fajita chimichanga was exceptionally tasty and mouth-watering.The churros are also delicious. I have eaten here many times. I always get the beef fajitas. Sometimes they have been excellent, other times they have been good, yesterday they were not flavorful and they were the toughest beef fajitas I have ever had. I could not chew them. I tried cutting them with a knife but that was also very difficult. I know that the inside skirts that you are using are graded select which is ok if they are properly tenderized with papain and marinated with soy sauce, lime juice, orange juice, and Worcestershire sauce. It will be a while before I come back. There are to many other Mexican food restaurants in the area that have tender beef fajitas.
