Went here for the first time this morning to buy a vape since it was close to my work and there were no other shops open. Well, it died on me by the afternoon. So when I went back and told them what happened, they told me they couldn't offer me a replacement or a refund. The reasoning was infuriating; because they "don't do refunds" and it "just happens". Like I'm some dumb girl who has no idea how vapes work. THIEVES! Will never come back

I bought their "best" battery available the twist 2.0 and used it through out the day like regular and then ended up never charging with either other chargers or the one that was sold to me keep in mind this was not even 24 hours and come back the next day and explain the situation and all they said is "idk what to tell you man" no refund nothing and I ask myself this is the treatment I get while supporting their business disappointed majorly

I recently purchased within the last month a battery for my Vape pen after one turn to remove the cartridge I found that it was broken. That should never of happened. The woman behind the counter said that there was a one day return policy. That's simply not long enough to be able to determine if the device is defective. Right?When I discuss this with the woman behind the counter she became very unpleasant and told me to leave and go to another dispensary.Given that there are so many options and competitors it made no sense that she would push me out and ask me to leave her place of employment. She has very short hair & removed to give me her name when asked politely I will never return & am greatly offended by her belligerence.

The customer service typically is good but with the new person that they hired was not acceptable. He put his dirty shirt on my vape and used it. When asking for a new one they refused. That was very unsanitary. It didn't work properly and they were unsanitary. Who wants to put their mouth on a vape that someone put their dirty clothes and mouth on especially during these times. The manager basically told me to deal with and showed very poor customer service. Lost a loyal customer.

Last night I stopped by H-Town Smoke & Vape on Kirby to see if they could help me get the new coil on my Aegis Vape tank loose so I could change it. I'm no spring chicken and a woman on top of it so it was way too tight for me to twist it off for the first time. The very nice guy working there tried to twist it off and couldn't get it either. I considered buying a new vape that was smaller or even a disposable one to make it through the night but they are overpriced so didn't do it. Instead, I had to buy a new tank for $37.88. I found someone stronger that was able to unscrew it when I got home so returned to the shop this morning to return it. It was still shrink-wrapped in the box that was never opened but she was new so called the manager to make sure it was ok. The manager, clearly lacking any business sense, said no and that there were signs posted saying "no returns". I pointed out that the signs said "no returns on disposable" items and that not giving me a refund was unacceptable. She was new and very sweet and didn't want to get in trouble so called the manager back to let him know what I said. He put up a fight but relented and allowed her to refund my credit card. Now, you are probably wondering why on earth this bad review was so lengthy. It's because I've grown tired of bad customer service and letting people jerk me around. I felt sorry for the girl working there because she was as nice as could be and just doing her job. The manager, however, should have known that there are as many vape shops as there are Starbucks and that his arrogance, not his employee's had just cost him a regular customer. When I looked on here and saw how many others have had bad customer service I realized why.

I almost didn't stop at this vape shop because of the douche that left a bad review. I had the best experience here! They have quality products for great prices! A guy with dreads named Jordan helped us and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable on all the products and super friendly! This will definitely be my go-to smoke shop from now on! I Highly recommend this place!
