They have no sign stating their return or exchange policy I have bought vapes that did not work and lighters that immediately when I got to my car did not work they refused to do anything about it. Terrible terrible customer service I recommend the place next-door to them.

Their gummies are VERY expired and they give you the run around when trying to get a refund, being that they are already expensive, I hadn't even opened them they acting as if I can't get a refund. When THEY sold ME expired products. Would not recommend ever

The customer service is horrible.Train your employees for the basic etiquette, at least.The SA, offered to try first, if it works. So I raised my hand towards to him. He just waived his arm away two times! So unprofessional, disgusting. Shame on you. He should not work with people. SA was the little guy, one. I assume, the whole point of offering customers to check it inside is to build trust. Do Not waive away hand with the products from customers. It is so rude. If I called for the specific flavor and came all the way, I won't run away. I will pay $13! No worries.

Do not go there! Non accommodating if you have a issue with the rechargeable vapes. My vape was disgusting and tasted horrible and they did nothing for me and didn't replace it. For all who wants to the know the brand and flavor, it was Geek Bar Tropical Rainbow blast. Imagine the told me to drive back up there and still did nothing for me. I have never felt so disrespected and let down after spending $26 dollars. They will never get another dime from me and wish I could sue them and the brand to get my money back! Horrible customer service hands down!

Do not go to this shop guy behind the counter is an asshole. I paid 30 bucksFor a torch, walked to the car tried to light. Walked back in a minute later he refused to exchange said he did nit know what I did when I walked out the the door.. This is not the first time he refused to exchange defective merchandise. Customer service always sucks. Do not go here 3 out of 5 things you purchase here is detective waste of money
