Gyro King

Holy smokes. The lamb gyro absolutely blew my socks off. We did the combo of the 2 sauces for the lamb gyro. Omg the lamb was so succulent and somehow like soft and creamy. It was the best gyro I've ever had. Very hard to beat. The fries are honestly a skip cause it's $7 and they're pretty salty but great for drunkchies. We also got the chicken gyro. The meat itself couldn't get close to the lamb but the marinade was delicious.

Delicious gyros, perfect for a late night bite! Stopped at this food truck at around 1am after hanging out at 1UP and expected it to be good, but was blown away by how tasty and juicy it was. I got the lamb gyro with tzatziki and the meat is so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. I loved the chopped peppers in it and the tzatziki had a bright flavor with the perfect amount of tang. The picture doesn't do it justice, but I'm already craving another one and will be heading back there VERY soon. Super friendly staff and relatively quick service.

This food truck was amazing. Quick service, incredible Gyros and so convenient in downtown near the bars! Definitely want to come back!

I love this restaurant! Their gyros are so fresh and extremely tasty. When I was there I noticed they got a high rating for their pizza. I haven't tried it yet but based on their review and their gyros, I will order one next time. The owners are super nice and the food is always cooked while you wait and perfectly proportioned. I'd give them10 stars if I could.

This review is for the Edgewater location. While the staff was kind, the falafels were huge and raw inside. Basically, I threw them out since they were so bad. The falafels should be smaller so they can cook througout. I will not be back.

I've had the Philly Cheesesteak twice now from Gyro King III and it is the most authentic, delicious cheesesteak I've had since I left Philly. It's absolute perfection and I wouldn't change a thing.

This place is great! The staff is very nice and patient. If you see it on Larimer do yourself a favor and stop! Try the carne asada fries or the gyro!

Ok Guys, so....ive known this place, and the owner for years now. He started out with a tiny, diamond plated trailer he built himself. Over the years i keep coming to him, his food is always on point. One night, after a few cold ones, i even made a song about the truck (Funny, yes...). But back to the food...its good, best GYROS around. And yes, im from NY, and they are called G Y R O S....not "yeeroo" or whatever people say here.Give me a good NY style gyro at the King and im happy.

Huge portions, very fresh and tasty. Calamari, gyros, gyro salad, hummus plate were all delicious. Also gave a generous discount to my wife for being a nurse.
