Gut Busters in Decatur, Georgia, is an absolute gem for anyone looking for a hearty breakfast without the hassle. The cheese eggs were perfectly cooked, the beef sausage and hot link were bursting with flavor, and the chicken sausage added a delicious twist to the classic breakfast meat lineup. The biscuit was light, fluffy, and the ideal complement to the savory meats. The seasoned potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making for a perfect breakfast. Beyond the fantastic food, the service was outstanding--kind, efficient, and made the experience all the more enjoyable. It's a 10/10 experience, and hands down the best breakfast spot around!

1st time every trying. I got salmon, grits and eggs. The salmon did not look or taste good at all and it was burnt. Eggs and grits were ok but if I ever go again I would just stick to bacon,eggs and grits. Also prices are good but I would try a different location next time

The food is great and prices are reasonable. I always get the French toast combo. The Line be out the door but they move pretty fast. The service is good and they are very respectful on waiting on you. You can either call in or walk in.

I am not sure why I am just discovering Gutbusters, but I am so glad that I did! I have been to the one near my job over off Camp Creek and I have been to this one on Candler Road. Not only is everything quick, but it is fresh and extremely delicious.I got a croissant with extra cheese and eggs, and it was nice and buttery and perfect. It melted right in my mouth. The eggs were fresh, the cheese was perfect and I didn't need to add salt and pepper. I got the shrimp and grits with extra sauce and no shrimp. The sauce that goes on top of the grits (by the way, you can get cheese grits or regular, I opted for cheese) and this is the best I've ever had and for a fraction of the price.The sauce also has beef sausage in it for the flavor but I picked them out this time. Will definitely eat them next time! The line is organized. I ordered mine through clover and it was ready when I pulled up 8 minutes later without issue. The line moves quick and the food is fresh and HOT. This may be my new breakfast go-to!

Amazing fresh food, service is quick and the ambiance is casual. Parking is limited front and back. This place stays busy. Glad they are open later. They have been renovated inside. They have a menu to order from the back or they do have a buffet style that they serve in the front. Pancakes are big and shrimp and grits are fye.

An 81 Health Score provides a sketchy welcome, but isn't actually wholly unsurprising in this day and age. Additionally, none of the violations were of the "bugs and rodents present" variety, which is an IMMEDIATE "Hell NO" and I've already eaten there plenty, so on we roll.The customer service is usually pleasant, gracious and efficient (Unlike their location across town). I've NEVER had any complaints about my food and the bang for the buck is pretty good (I can almost always make 1 order into 2 separate meals). Party on Gutbusters!!

Don't judge a book by its cover! Gutbusters (Candler Road) is a real gem for GOOD, AFFORDABLE food - especially their breakfast! We had multiple breakfast combos - Fish combo, Salmon cakes combo - and everything was hot (temp) and good! flavor. Grits were like I remember from mom's home cooking. Why even cook with a place like this right around the corner!?

I ordered the shrimp basket, I was disappointed in the portion size for the price. The shrimp were small and the tartar sauce and ketchup came in packs. The flavor of the shrimp was underwhelming. Would not recommend this menu item.

Review for Gutbusters:I ordered Gutbusters through Uber Eats and it was an amazing experience. The shrimp and grits had a great flavor, even without cheese, and the portion size was generous. Adding the crab cakes to the dish took it to another level of deliciousness. Highly recommended!
