Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant

Our group was craving something close to authentic Mexican food, so Yelp brought us to Guadalajara. It was right on one of the majn roads, and easy to find. We got here and were seated right away. Our waitress, I believe her name was Maria??? I could be wrong, but she was super nice and great with the recommendations and answering all of our questions. We sat on the exterior seating, which was cool, and spacious enough for our party of 5. The ceviche oyster was soooo delicious! It was my first time having this style, and I must say it was fresh and savory! The chips and dip were complementary - chips were crispy and freshly made, while the dip had such a nice kick of spice! I love spice. I had the 3 taco asadas, and they were able to sub out the beans for more rice instead. It was really good and they packed it with the asada which I really appreciated. I also had a horchata. That drink was one of my faves! I love how it was perfectly sweetened and it was smooth, not grainy at all. The cup was as huge as my face too, which was shockers, because it was a really good portion. Anyway, the service was awesome! Our waitress was friendly, and easy to talk to. We even told her to come down to hawaii one day to visit us so we can point her to some good food. I would love to come back to this joint again one day!

This place is the real deal! Great flavor all around from the chops and salsa to the entrees.I got the Burrito Supreme (carne asada). Soooo good. Rice and beans are fantastic too.My friend got 3 tacos and loved them. Great service from their staff - they were all helping each other. Definitely recommend and will return!

Yall. Take the drive out here for this Mexican spot. Found this gem on Reddit as I was looking for great Mexican food and stumbled upon Guadalajara. Large outdoor and indoor spaces. Started with the Queso Fundido, sizzling with chorizo. So good and flavorful. Chicken enchiladas were good but the tortillas were a bit tough. Rice and beans were delicious. Chicken fajitas were large and came with all the fixings. Highly recommend!

Service was fast and our food arrived quick. The restaurant was loud and vibrant. The food was okay. My co-workers loved the food.

I was told this place was amazing and had great reviews so i ventured out here and its tiny place with like a covered patio in lot for more seating. I got the Cheese Enchiladas and they were pretty good. My friend got the caldo de res and said was food. They dont have homemade tortillas which is how I measure greatness. Would i drive out this way again just toeat here - absolutely not. Was it ok? ... sure

Very fast service and great food! I had a great time in and out of there. Very good spot and I recommend it.

Run don't walk. One of the most authentic Mexican cuisine in Colorado. Laid back, great ambiance on the patio. The margarita with the coronita is my fav. Then for dinner either whole fried snapper or molcajete, it comes out piping hot and huge portions. The chips and salsa are flavorful and we usually get a chicken quesadilla too.

This place was excellent! We were looking for a Mexican food restaurant to eat at on our way home. I looked on Yelp and noticed that this place not only had a lot of reviews, but they were almost 5 stars. I was really excited to try it out knowing that it got such great reviews. When we pulled up, we noticed that the restaurant itself was very small. They added on a covered section in order to have more "indoor" seating. This covered area was nice for not being a permanent part of the physical building. They have installed heaters inside which made it feel comfortable. We were seated right away and served complimentary salsa and warm chips. I love when restaurants take the time to warm up their chips. The salsa was spicy, but so good! Our server greeted us right away and took our drink order. Everything on the menu looked delicious. I ended up ordering a house margarita and a combination plate with a smothered bean burrito, an enchilada, and a soft chile rellano. I loved the green chile! The portions were really big and the food was excellent. It was some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. Our server was wonderful and very attentive. I cannot wait to come back so I can try a few other things on the menu!

I have been looking for a good Mexican restaurant since I moved to the Denver area! This place was really good. The service overall was really great. Our waiter was kind and accommodated our group of 7. The food came out so fast and was all freshly made. We were in the tent area and it was cold out but they did a great job of keeping it so warm and cozy in there. I got the smothered burrito and it was so good! I can't wait to try the carne asada next time

First trip to this location. The food was just as good. The only complaint was the cheese in the enchiladas wasn't fully melted. Since this was just a minor prep issue and not quality or flavor, full 5 stars deserved across the board. The Tacos Al Pastor were fire! No other issues at all! Highly recommend.
