I absolutely love this place! They have the best Tex mex around and the salsa here is second to none in the area. You have to try them out. ProsService: The staff here is very attentive and always on the look out to refill drinks/chips. Quality: The food here is just simply amazing. I've had just about everything off their menu and can confirm, you will not go wrong with any of their items. Particularly their fajitas just melt in your mouth and be sure to pair it with their green salsa .Location: On the feeder of I-45 and right across from some excellent shopping The Woodlands offers (The Woodlands Mall and Market Street)Speed: Another consistent trait of this establishment is the speed of service. I am always impressed how fast they are able to prepare your order, especially since this place is always packed. ConPrice: They are not cheap!!!! A lunch for two people runs close to 40-50 (not including tip). Space: This is a popular location, so expect wait times to be long and the dining areas to be packed! I wouldn't recommend large parties.

Of course. First impression is AWESOMENESS. One of my favorite meals I get here. Second, I was told by my waiter Julio (a great guy and attentive) that I was the second person in his 10 years to ever ask for a Pepsi zero? Whaaat!! lol Other staff was very polite and kind. Ok quick. Soft Spanish music plays in the background. The environment reminds me of the San Antonio restaurant of the past I often go to. Food was awesome and served pretty fast. Green sauce I think is the best but close to Pappasitos Catina. I just love the spinach sauce on the enchiladas. You gotta try once. I've always noticed (call me weird) but the plates are larger (clay Spanish designs) AND the folks are larger. I mean I def enjoy both, more calories on the days we decide to go out and eat. But, definitely give this place a try. Happy eatings.

Guadalajara is one of our favorite places to eat. We always order the fajitas for our family. The large portion is perfectly enough for a family of 3, with leftovers. This time we tried their jalapeño sausage, and it was delicious. Tortillas are freshly made, and so are their chops and salsa. Service is great every time we go. Parking is convenient, and interior is spacious. They offer dining on both interior and exterior, plus bar.

Omg. The ambiance is so beautiful! The landscape outside is gorgeous and very inviting. The food was extremely delicious. I made room for dessert! I never thought Spring, TX would have delicious Mexican good. This is not Gringos! Okay? Way better. The service was great as well. My cup was never empty, and they truly made sure everyone was taken care of. 10/10!

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Woodlands. Their margaritas are strong and hearty. The food always has amazing flavor. Plus you know it's a good restaurant when the chips and salsa are delicious. Make sure you make a reservation because they fill up fast unless you don't mind waiting over an hour to eat. It is definitely worth the wait. Atmosphere makes you want to just dance every time you take a bite. Plus, the restrooms are very clean.

I know I've been back and forth on my opinions. I'm still down on the green sauce. It's grown on me and I like it now, but it's still not spicy like it used to be. Also the desserts aren't as good as they used to be. It was also a go-to for tres leches. Not nearly as good now. The fajitas are probably the best in my opinion and it's what I get on the regular now. It comes with your choice of charro or refried beans, rice, guacamole, pico, and cheese. Also flour or corn tortillas. The queso Blanco is also very good. Tonight my wife had the fish tacos. I had a bite of fish. Not impressed. My son got the seafood enchiladas and really like them. The service is good and the restaurant is nice and open. I would recommend trying it.

First time trying this location and we really enjoyed it. Decor reminds you of a Mexican marketplace with different booths to look at. Salmon tacos were really good! Great glaze on a perfectly sized piece in my tacos.Spicy strawberry mojito and blood orange margarita also very good. Fast and efficient servers. The only thing that we weren't a fan of was the orzo salad, definitely needed more seasoning.

Came here to celebrate my mom's birthday over the weekend with the whole family. This place is definitely a family friendly establishment. I loved being able to see our tortillas made fresh as well.The place is a tad on the dark side for me and our table was slanted so our kids had difficulty with spills and crayons rolling off the table while we were waiting. I am, however, thankful that the kids had coloring sheets! Their chips and salsa were delicious and our waiter was very attentive and polite.I was impressed with the menu items - many of them were very unique and there was a lot of variety to choose from. We tried the Fried chicken enchilada and beef enchilada with a side of charro beans as well as the Grande Fajita Burrito. Both were very good and the portions were hefty. We definitely had some nice leftovers to bring home!Our waiter brought out some birthday sopapillas for my mom which was super sweet and she got to blow out her birthday candles and share dessert with the kids.I really enjoyed dining here - please give them a try!

The food was great and service from Memo (sp?) was spot on. The camarones Pacifico were out of this world.
