SALTY. Worst experience ever (again) I thought it was just one item, but it's happened to me severalTimes with several dishes. It's salty. Unbearably salty. Our job even did an order for 20 employees and without exception everyone complained about the SALT! I told my boss stop ordering from them! They suck, expensive salty food is disgusting!

Service wasn't too great when I came on a Monday night (May 6). Maybe this server was kinda new. Food still taste very good. Food Came out quick but took forever when I needed to ask for more tortillas. They gave me an option for free chalupa or tostada but then server said they can't honor the free chalupa . Caught me off guard after he asked me which one I wanted. Barely refilled our drinks and it was kind of annoying. Still will give this location another chance bc Gringos is my go to Tex-Mex

El capitan (combo steak and chicken $34.49) - may seem pricey at first, but it's a lot of food. Shareable if you're not too hungry, but a lot for 1 person. Comes with steak, chicken, crawfish, shrimp, & 4 bacon wrapped shrimp. The meat was tender, surprisingly the chicken was very tender. Theres actually a decent amount of shrimp and crawfish. The bacon wrapped shrimp were big. Charro beans were really good. Rice was good. Flour tortillas very good. Comes with guac and pico also.Their chips are thin, warm, and crispy. I like that they serve a thick green sauce (guacamole salsa?) and a red salsa. Service is good. Free soft serve cone too.

New go to spot in sugar land! The staff is really nice and attentive. Food comes out quickly as well. The chips and salsa are tasty and the queso is solid, a nice consistency and flavor. I liked my tacos a lot, the meat wasn't too tough or salty. Rice and beans also pretty good. Definitely satisfies any Tex mex craving. The included soft serve at the end is a nice treat!

The ribeye tacos are so flavorful!!They come with side of ranchero and guacamole sauce and lime but honestly you don't need them as the tacos are full of flavor without it . I asked for cooked onion instead or raw bc eww- never raw onions and they were still so, so good! Can't really give them 5 stars bc I came after lunch rush hours (2:00 pm) sat at the bar and had to wait 9 minutes to be greeted after I was seated.Luckily happy hour starts at 2 so I had me a Cadillac marg and it really was loaded with tequila! Im thinking the bartender felt bad for me since I waited so long. My plate came with rice and a choice of charro or refried beans. Had charro and they were good. The rice was also surprisingly good. This place has complementary soft serve ice cream. Didn't have room for it but it's for sure a nice treat to add to your meal.

I'm at the gringos off 59 and 99, this is one of the best gringos that's in the Sugarland Richmond area the manager Martin is so sweet and he makes sure that he's always available for any problems that you may have. The staff is wonderful they're so polite and nice. I've been coming here since this one opened and I've been through a lot of managers and I must tell you they've all been nice, but Martin is extremely nice. The food is always delicious and the camaraderie is great so if you wanna come out here join me any day of the week for lunch or dinner and I assure you that you will have a great time and great food

Came here with my coworkers for lunch about a month ago. Since we arrived shortly after opening, we were quickly seated to our table.Our server was great, and the foods tasted nice. There was complimentary chips and salsa. I got the steak fajitas for one with refried beans and rice. The steak was very tender and nicely and well seasoned.I definitely wouldn't mind stopping by here again if I'm ever in the area.

I went with a group of coworkers. We made reservations, but when we got there we were told it'd be an hour wait. I asked for a booth to accommodate a group of 7 to 10 people which was done. I didn't mind the wait. Everything our server brought was delicious. I didn't know my drink had 2 shots of tequila. I love the Charo beans. I got fajitas enchiladas they were tasty and feeling. Our server was delightful.

Listen, this place is AMAZING !!!!! Probably the best Mexican food in the area. Come here for a cozy fun vibe that is family and KID friendly. Service is stellar , our server was Eduardo he was fantastic. The green and red salsa was a hit with my 1.5 year old kid who was dipping her fingers in it and licking it off ! I got the vegetable fajitas ! My baby girl ate the vegetables, side of black beans and guac that came w it. My husband got the chicken fajitas which he loved as well - it's chicken sitting on a bed of grilled onions. The only thing is that the drinks aren't strong and the grande marg is def not worth the price compared to regular marg. Just ordering 2 of the regular ones is the better option. We are new to the area and have found out GO TO local Mexican restaurant ! So happy !!!

They have a problem over-salting their food... three takeout orders in a row... should hire a chef to taste stuff. Salt isn't rocket science.
