Wonderful to be back at Green eggs. Still loving that tofu scramble. I think they expanded the size of the resto. Ashley is the best! Management: please stop using plastic straws. No need for this anymore in this day and age. Or just stop using straws altogether.

Food was okay. I had the pineapple smoothie, it wasn't very flavorful. The poached eggs were cooked perfectly, I put them on top my cheesy hash and I would definitely go back for that combo in particular. Service was great. Ambiance is classic diner/cafe! I didn't take any pictures this time I apologize. If I go back I will be sure to update!

Bring Cash. They don't split checks. There was a line before they opened the door. Now that the announcements are done...experience and enjoy the food! Short Rib Benedict was tasty - well seasoned and enjoyed that crisp hash underneath. The Salted Caramel Mocha Latte was the bomb. Also ordered a Strawberry Matcha...perfect post meal drink. Jose our waiter was great and checked on us. My friends enjoyed their Eggs Benedict, Oatmeal, Shrimp and Grits and Creme Brulee Latte.

The food was so good! And the portion sizes were great! I ordered the apple pie French toast and I totally had enough to go home and eat another helping. The French toast wasn't too eggy and was cooked through just right. I ordered a mango and pineapple smoothly. Unfortunately, it tasted like garlic on my first sip, but the kitchen was willing to replace it for me and ithe second serving was delicious. I also had a bite of my friends Shrimp and Grits. Woo! Definitely good and if I didn't have a sweet tooth, I would've ordered that. Her portion was huge. Im not from the area but when I return, I'm definitely coming back here!!

This place has great food and great service. The food is consistent and if there's ever a problem, they fix it right away no questions asked. My favorite is just getting the three eggs, grits with cheese thick cut bacon and toasted rye. Coffee is good. I've only tried a few of the decadent French toast, and they are truly a work of art!

What a great breakfast find! Our party of 12 arrived when Green Eggs opened at 9 am on a Sunday. We were promptly seated by a friendly server who was also extremely efficient. I had the French toast with blueberries. The servings are large. I'd say there were 4 pieces of toast altogether- it was scrumptious. My partner enjoyed his breakfast egg rolls- a unique kind of sausage-egg sandwich. We both had bacon on the side and OMG best bacon ever!

In Philly Green Eggs Cafe for brunch is a must do. They are cash only but have an ATM. Their staff is very friendly and seating gets full so be prepared to wait even on a weekday. Our wait was short but there was a long line waiting when we left on a Monday morning, so be prepared to wait a while especially on weekends. The ambiance is very nice in a historic building yet simple. The Lavender and Oreo Lattes were the best we ever had and the Spicy Margaret 21+ drink I got was amazing too. But the best thing here is the unbeatable food in which my wife and I shared the French Toast Board (a smaller of four of their famous French toasts, an Apple Pie French Toast, and the Short Rib and Tinga Egg Rolls. A final cute touch was when they put the receipt in an empty coffee mug and we put our cash in there.

The food is soooo good! Had the cheesesteak Benedict and creme Brule french toast. The cheesy grits are amazing! Also, the honey lavender latte. Staff are friendly and attentive. Place is cute with a hood amount of space around the table so it doesn't feel claustrophobic.
