Awesome bread. We drive from sugar land weekly just to get the Sourdough. The Dakota bread and honey wheat are both consistently good. Muffins and scones are solid. The staff is always super nice. Highly recommended.

Baja Turkey sandwich on gluten free bread, chips, scone and scuffin and a lavender lemonade. Absolutely delicious and fresh! Nothing more to say! All quality ingredients make a great sandwich and they know exactly how to do it! The scuffin with all the nuts is so delicious and so is any scone you get! I ate everything so fast I forgot to take a pic. I have a small piece of the scuffin left.

The blurberry scines are a BIG yes here. Cute decor lots of bread choices lots of interesting hostess gift items to pick up and best of all you can get a small size king cake and who does it need that? They even have hummingbird bread. I'll have to try that for sure and this place is a stop by for sure place. Next time I will treat myself to a cappuccino here it looks like they do that and coffee right. It has a steady stream of regulars and loyal customers that's always a good sign but it's a yummy place to eat.

My husband and I love good quality bread and Great Harvest in Katy, TX is the best so far over all the specialty bakeries we have tried in the county. It's a far drive for us but always worth the trip. Our favorites are High Fiber, Blueberry and Sourdough. They also have excellent Trek bars, scones and scuffins. The service is excellent. The owner and bakers are all friendly and knowledgeable. Our favorite server is Mi and we love Gr. The bakery has a quaint eating area, not huge like a restaurant but I like the ambience. The place is clean, the bathroom is clean.

So I finally had an opportunity to try out their "to go" menu since waiting for a table was over 30 minutes. Sandwich was good but not $16+ dollars good, they do not sell bulk bread so do not waste time on that, and customer service was good.

Today went and picked up 2 mixed bags of muffins. I got 3 chocolate, 2 chocolate chips, 3 banana nut, and 2 oatmeal berry muffins. My first time ever coming here, so once I got home and unpacked most of it I decided to try 1/4 of each. Loved them all, think the oatmeal berry is my favorite! There was someone already being attended to when I walked in, and when another employee noticed that I had walked over to the counter they immediately came over to greet and help me. I didnt wait long, maybe 20 seconds if that. I was fine with waiting anyways since i was browsing the expansive menu. For those that come in in a rush they'll really appreciate the fast service. They had my online order already packed and he took my drink order right away. I only came in to get bread but decided to order a cinnamon flavored latte- they have 2 sizes, 12oz or 16oz and I got the smaller size. The prices were great, I think my drink my drink was $4.50. Loved the flavor and I would go back to try others too. They also have a pretty decent size seating area. Floor to ceiling windows allow in alot of natural time after noon. This place gives off very cozy vibes, atleast to me I love the sound that comes from the baking area. Baking asmr haha. There's no wall separating the cashier area, so you can see the bakers working on different breads.

Unfortunately not all Great Harvest Bread restaurants are equivalent. The one in Lake Charles, LA is amazing, with bread sampling and very little if any limitations on what type of bread you can choose from for your sandwich. The Katy location pales in comparison, and offers a very limited bread selection for sandwiches, e.g., cheese jalapeño bread is not an option since "it would go bad by the end of the day" per an employee's response. The egg, cheese and turkey sandwich I ordered was also much smaller than the Lake Charles' portion. Again, inconsistencies between locations. Won't be going back to this location. Also, very small "dining/eating" area.
