$18.99 on a Saturday for adults. Seniors get a 10% discount if you show your ID. A drink is $2.79. This buffet has the most variety out of all the ones in the area. I like that their food is not overly salty here. The wait staff here can get a bit rude. If you leave a whole plate of food, they will tell you not to waste and ask you to pack it to go for $5.99/lb.

It's safe to say I love buffets, I like going in on an empty stomach and eat to my hearts content. The seafood that is IYKYK Grand China Buffet is a good local buffet that has all the usual Chinese good options and then some. They had a wide variety of sushi, American food and I love the Mongolian/ Hibachi/ soup station although you're not allowed to mix the options up you will get pointed at and yelled at (how do I know? Let's see, I wanted shrimp and the hibachi didn't have shrimp so I asked the guy cooking , can I add the shrimp to my hibachi and you cook it? He said yes. As I'm waiting, another guy comes out with AirPods and started yelling NO MIXING, I explained calmly the other guy said I can add a few. They don't understand much English, he kept repeating himself and I ended up with a howl of soup as well) Now back to the review, many steam tables with different variety like crawfish, fried blue crabs, fried shrimps, coconut shrimp, spicy shrimp, salmon, fried fish, cold shrimp, mussels, clams all of my favorite. They only have the fondue chocolate on the weekends (FRi-Sun) and crab legs Overall I will come back again, on the weekends it's much more packed but everything is more fresher

This review is a four overall but more like a 3.7 I will start off by saying that brand that China buffet has probably the most options out of any buffet that I've experienced. However am I paying the options that were available were just okay. There were some stand-out items like the salmon which was seasoned and had a wonderful sauce on it or the sushi which was pretty solid and the seafood options, Even the hibachi station was cute. But overall most of the options just fell a little short. Bad enough our table wobbled badly and when I asked if we could move I was pretty much met with a, "no" Even though it wasn't super crowded and they were tables clearly available. One of my favorite items was definitely a little shrimp cakes they make. I definitely want to try them when we aren't rushing to go somewhere else and we can actually sit down and experience more of the items. I definitely tried about 10 to 12 different things and only two of them were really good but the rest I didn't finish. I usually like to go to buffets on weekdays when there are a million people in there which is why I definitely want to go in on our last busier day.

If your like old style large floor plan Chinese buffet, Grand China Buffet on the circuit around the old Franklin Mills Mall be your jam. Tons of cheap Chinese American dishes like found in most corner take out shops, plus for dinner the addition of a few higher end items like steamed crayfish, shrimp, crab and fresh fish fillets in various spicy or sweet/sour sauces. These last ones are only available after the lunch service is over and the crowd rushes in for supper. Very large dining room accommodates several hundred people at once, and the buy in is only $13.99 for lunch and $18.99 for dinner. Price is right. Beyond all that, there is also more traditional American fare like chicken wings and fries for the cuisine challenged. Too, plenty of sushi and desserts from jello to cheesecake, not to mention a chocolate fountain when it is working. Problem is that almost everything is cool when eaten from sitting around on the serving tables so long, and the quality of the kitchen is about the same as found in most corner Chinois Americano houses; which is to say, mediocre at best. However, if you focus on the seafood and shellfish, you may feel satisfied. I saw many people with plate fulls of crab and cray or shrimp, up to their elbows in breaking shells and sucking out the meat with abandon. Those folks really got their money's worth. The rest of us, well, it was a closer proposition. But, witnessing how into it my lady was (at least three plates piled high with broken and crushed crab shells), I suspect we will be visiting this old joint with some frequency, along with the thousands of others who can't get enough of too much.

Quality Chinese buffet with your typical fare. Favorite is coconut shrimp which is only served at dinner time (evenings and all day Sunday). Some staff are nicer than others but overall nice place to eat. The ambiance was alright nothing too fancy but it was nice enough.

True and honestly review from 05/ 24 /2024 Me and my parents came to the buffet staff were very nice and attentive Only down side is that the food really wasn't the greatest Food was hot but truly doesn't have flavor and most of the food really had a off taste The cups were dirty and I asked a staff member to replace the cups and she came back with styrofoam cups with our drinks in it , I drank mine it tasted like flat Pepsi or coke I really only got one plate and my parents did too but my dad didn't like any of the food so he didn't even finish his plate ( in context my dad literally eats everything you can imagine but the fact that my dad didn't even finish his plate and get more than one goes to show me he didn't enjoy his meal) This isn't to bash the buffet at all !! I just feel like they can do so much better if the food and the plates along with silverware were cleaner Tbh sanitation was not a thing here , I saw a staff member dropping "clean" silverware and picking it up from the floor and putting back on a table ( I always use chop sticks to eat my food when I'm out eating Chinese food but my parents did and I now wonder if they're were ever dropped) We all agreed we weren't going to eat anymore so we collectively asked for the check and left

Not bad Not great. Came here today to try it since I always pass by. Place is very big inside decent decor plenty of room and fairly busy.Huge selection of food to chose from. Servers are very attentive and do t let your drink get low. Downside is the food is mediocre I mean yeah its a buffet so it is what it is the real kicker is its actually really good food other than most all of it is cold otherwise it would be for a fun time out to eat if it was all piping HOT! I I ate a little of everything nothing was bad the best was surprisingly the spare ribs and mac and cheese. Again food was all very fresh just cold!? Maybe turn up those warmers and kick up the heat A-LOT. Overall its a buffet I had a good time not great but okay
