Food is great, just wish everything came out closer together. The Calamari, Caesar salad; yum&yum. The cheesy garlic bread, is like a little pizza make sure you plan to be extra full before your mains haha.Had to leave since I got there late and needed to check out parking+ restaurant closed at 10pm... Server was sympathetic that we had to leave before eating our pasta, ended up taking it to go and it was really yummy.Don't be like me, if you come late do valet, or be ready to pay for parking at 10pm... Just so you won't scramble to your car like it's Cinderella's pumpkin when the clock hits 10pm.

All I have to say is Grana is definitely worth trying! It took me way too long to try the menu out as I heard about the restaurant at least 2 years ago and pass it many times on Piedmont Road. The style of the restaurant along with some conversations I overheard are what finally got me to order! I ordered a Meatball Flight with 2 New Yorker Style Pizzas (BOGO), and Crispy Potatoes. All items were packaged so nicely I can only image how food is plated in restaurant. The Pizza's were very good! They definitely use quality ingredients and I tasted some type of floral taste on the crust! I've never tasted that before. I ordered the New Yorker because it was apart of the BOGO deal but I think it's one of their more traditional pizzas. They have an abundance of other unique options. The meatball flight was a fun appetizer and very tasty. My least favorite was the one with the raisins, yes raisins! Lol... Last the crispy potatoes were tasty as well but not my favorite. I did enjoy the spicy aioli atop. I used leftovers for breakfast and made them more crispy in the Air Fryer! I'm definitely ordering again as they have a huge assortment of Pastas, Antipasti items and just lots of authentic Italian items. I was so impressed I did some research on the owner and his other restaurant The White Bull! I'll be trying that soon as well!

This is definitely a place perfect for a date night or girls night out. With the low lighting and open floor plan it's very romantic but not too fancy smancy especially during dusk. Everything we had was so flavorful. One small thing was the calamari had more veggies than calamari but the flavor was still there. All of the wait staff was very knowledgeable from the wines down to food.Fun tip: Get the wild mushroom pizza and add meatball. This was so good even cold. I loved you could customize the cannoli with whatever you like. Also be prepared for mandatory valet parking!

We popped in for an afternoon lunch on the rooftop. We enjoyed beautiful views just as the sun was about to set. We ordered the meatball flight. Most were pretty tasty. The veal was my favorite. The Ceasar salad was huge and the margherita pizza was delicious! We'll definitely be back for another dose of Grana :)

As someone who does not eat dairy, this restaurant was fairly accommodating for the minimal dishes that are dairy free. I was able to order a pizza without cheese and it was absolutely delicious. My friend ordered the rigatoni and loved the spicy sauce it came with. We sat on the rooftop and the vibe was perfect for an early fall night! It's a little pricey but worth the $&

I've been meaning to check out Grana sooner especially as I frequent Grindhouse across the street so often and now that I have, WOW I missed out!! A couple friends and I got dinner on a Monday night. There's a valet parking right next to the building and you just tip what you want. My other friends also parked residential past Grindhouse or got permission from the valet to park in the Sprouts deck down the street. We had a reservation and were seated immediately on the rooftop which was SO NICE! We were blessed with a great sunset that night, but the roof itself is super cute and vibey. I could see myself spending HOURS here. Our service was a little slow, but for a summer night catching up with friends, I didn't mind. I got the Basil Giardino which was super refreshing and my friends really liked their Spring Fling cocktails as well. We ended up splitting a few things including the garlic bread, insalata di fragola, gnocchi sorrentino, and potato pizza. The garlic bread was super cool as it was more of just an uber-cheesy, garlicky pizza but it was so delicious!! The salad was also so flavorful and unexpected! It had arugula, strawberry, basil, fennel, chevre, pistachios, lemon vinaigrette, and chili honey which was the perfect blend of sweet and tangy. The gnocchi was super pillowy and soft and I was using my pizza crusts to mop up the remaining sauce. But the star had to be the potato pizza. OH MY GOSH it was so good!! Overall, yeah this lived up to the hype, can't wait to go back!!

My son & I grabbed an early dinner (after encountering horrible attitude from across the at). This is where we should have come in the 1st place, I told my son...you pay for what you get. The service was exceptional as usual, my son love his pasta dish & margaritas were FAB! It was a lovely day for a rooftop dinner w/my son; perfect ambiance. Thank you & keep up the spectacular service Grana Team!!!!

My partner and I had an absolutely delightful date night at Grana, and I couldn't be more thrilled to share our experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff was attentive and made us feel incredibly special throughout our meal.We started with the meatball flight, which was a unique and delicious experience. Each variety was bursting with flavor, and it was a perfect way to begin our culinary journey. For our main courses, we decided to try the carbonara pizza and the short rib bolognese. The carbonara pizza was a revelation--crispy crust, creamy sauce, and just the right amount of smoky bacon. It was pizza perfection! The short rib bolognese was equally impressive. The rich, savory sauce paired with tender short rib was an absolute delight and a true testament to the chef's skill.Every dish was executed flawlessly, and the atmosphere of the restaurant added to the magic of our evening. Grana is a must-visit for anyone looking for outstanding Italian cuisine and top-notch service. We can't wait to return!

Came here for dinner with some friends and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We started off with the garlic cheese bread which was delicious. I highly recommend it even if you're thinking about ordering the pizza. We shared the Caesar salad which was also good. Then I had the Roni pizza. The crust on the pizza and garlic bread are amazing! The restaurant has such a cute ambiance and the staff is very friendly.

Before the review: parking is a hassle. So is the wait for valet. You'll want to take rideshare to get here.Grana has a menu with brilliant flavors. The smoked mozzarella sticks were a very unique and flavorful appetizer, as well as the meatball flight. If you can't pick which meatballs to go after, you gotta pick the flight. You're going to want to eat dinner family style so you can try a little bit of everything. The diavolo pasta is fresh, spicy, and satisfying. The potato pizza is unexpected and somehow blissful. The eggplant parmigiana is served in a way you haven't seen before. It's layered so it's tender and juicy. Many dishes here have a personalized style no other Italian restaurant in Atlanta will give you.
