Second time ordering their taco platters - it's an easy dinner for a group & that's fairly close by. Had a good experience the first time. Today I ordered two platters (total 24 tacos) for a dinner with friends. I ordered in advance online so that it's ready for pick up since i would be in a rush to get home coming from work.First of all - when you walk in there was no one dining in and or waiting for an order. Multiple staff members and literally no one acknowledged a customer coming in. They all looked at me and looked away lol2nd - my online order wasn't ready or even in the works to be done when I came in at 515pm. He had to find my order in the computer and said "it says 530 - so we have 15 minutes. " Lol ok. I honestly didnt mind waiting esp since I was early - it was the way he instantly became defensive that ticked me off. Just the overall vibe from the staff was not it. Could probably get better quality food and staff somewhere else.

This location is really convenient for us, and we finally decided to try. We ordered online for pickup, but the restaurant would have been great to eat at, too. I love that they have vegetarian options and vegan options if you just omit the cheese. Chile con queso is ok - could use more of a kick. Baja taco with mahi-mahi was really good.Veggie Taco comes with other veggies, but it was mostly beans. Their tacos are pretty filling. The employees are really friendly as well.

This is our neighborhood taco joint. When I'm too lazy to drive outside of our neighborhood I come here. Their tacos are very reasonably priced and super tasty.I usually can place an order over the phone and by the time I arrive it's ready. My only complaint is since they are more of a fast casual the chips and salsa are charged/not free.We usually get the Al pastor, Barbacoa and the mahi mahi fish tacos.Their orange sauce is my favorite!

Got a California chicken fajita burrito around 8pm tonight. The veggies and guac were fresh enough. However, there was barely any chicken in the burrito at all. If I had to measure, probably 1/4 cup worth, spread through the entire burrito. There was nothing fajita about them, they were tiny chunks which I struggled to taste through all of the rice (the majority of the filling), and even the rice was hard and stale. I understand times are tough for everyone, but do better. For $11, I should not get a chicken chunk, stale rice burrito.

Just moved to Sugar Land, TX and was in need of some street tacos in the Riverstone community... BOOM!!! Grab N Go Tacos were the keys to my taco tooth. Flavor they were a 4 star, but service and convenience put them in that 5 star world!!! I will be back again

I really liked how you can customize your own tacos so there is definitely many options and a taco for all kinds of palates. I like the baja tacos and have tried the shrimp and mahi ones. Personally, I felt like the mahi was drier than I had wanted but overall the tacos were still good! I was craving the street corn as well and it hit the spot but it was slightly bland and didn't taste quite as authentic. Overall, I was satisfied for the most part especially during the times I was craving for some tacos. However, the menu items are pricier than what they're worth and how they tasted. Regardless, I love the convenient location and the service was great so it won't be the last time I dine at this establishment.

Went there yesterday with the family. The staff wasn't interested in serving us as soon as I said we were ordering food for dine-in. They gave us the food in to-go boxes and said their "system" says to-go and they can't change it to plates. We were sitting there with the family and they assumed we were taking our food to go after we specified it was for dine-in. They started cleaning the floors and doing the tables and looked like they were in a hurry to close. wouldn't give us plates to eat and after ordering food for $30 made a fuss to give us a cup for water. Service was missing and so was the flavor in their food. Never going again!!

This place has gotten really stingy. I ordered the three birria tacos and this time it had no onions and cilantro (a must for me). When I asked them for some, I was informed that management said that they can no longer give that out. What??? No thank you! I won't be back!

Where do I begin. I drove way out of the way because the food looked/sounded good. I was disappointed.I am not sure if I am bias because I eat a lot of tacos from authentic to chain and this was subpar. I'll begin but make it brief.Customer Service: It was not busy when I walked but got busy shortly thereafter. No are you ready, next, can I help you, nothing. While I waited I sat at the bar. I was told NO drink could be taken to go (which you advertised) but there were people walking up to the bar getting frozen drinks to go in a brown bag. I had a drink there but can you get it to go or not?I chose my three tacos and my chicken ended up being fish. Very disappointed. They lacked flavor and the salsas weren't even hot. The only thing flavorful was the rice. Unfortunately, this was a wasted drive.
