Gourmet Meat & Sausage Shop

The steaks here are incredible - great quality! The staff is always super friendly and helps make recommendations. We've also had their sausages and they were scrumptious. Prices are a tad high however quality makes it worth it! It's the best steak we've had!

SUMMER IS COMING, BUST OUT THOSE BBQ's...THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET YOUR MEATS!!! We stopped in thinking ok meat shop maybe we can get a deli sandwich but this is not the shop for a sandwich! This shop was more than we could ever imagine! My friend and I, both foodies and love trying new things...Absolutely fell in love with all the premium quality meats that they had. We can't wait to try some of their exotic meats as well! The shop owner said he thought the ostrich was one of his favorites! Hmmm definitely will have to try it!!!

Pre-ordered steak for a family birthday gathering. Absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic. Also picked up some short ribs, smoked duck sausage (which was good but rich), and amazing pancetta. They also have a lot of exotic items like ground camel and kangaroo!

We live close-by but didn't know this shop was here until we ate lunch nearby last Sunday. The owner helped us personally and we picked up some thick-cut pork chops and this amazing pinwheel steak. We cooked it as instructed on our Traeger and it turned out awesome! We will be back!

The only thing that makes me sad is this shop is not closer to my house. But soooo worth the drive. Best service and most knowledgeable staff. You want meat to impress shop here. We ordered rack of ribs and they were amazing!!! Made them in my instapot for 25 min and fabulous. Topped off with their BBQ in the broiler for the crispy and sweet taste. Ribs fell off the bone. We wanted lamb chops for new years. They gave us a great recommendation and told us how to cook. All around best experience, great quality and a must go to shop. Don't hesitate!!! I highly recommend.

Small business that offers a wide selection of homemade sausages as well as gourmet meats and other items. My neighbor commented that "you can eat off the floor". It's located in a mall and accessible from an entrance on Jewell. The staff members are very friendly and helpful.

I love this place. The selection is amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. It's more expensive than a grocery store but this is a business that puts their hearts in their products. And it's a small business to boot.

Been going every week and haven't been disappointed. Also buying there bundles is the way to go!. Especially the happy campers bundle. Mini steak bundle, and the steak lovers bundle. Definitely check this place out!

This butcher shop is the best we have found and in Colorado!! All of the products we have purchased have been outstanding. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable recommending tasty treats. Wide varieties and awesome spice and sauce options.
