Dear oh dear...!!! "Bloody delicious." Love him or hate him... the man knows how to make a burger Being a huge Gordon Ramsay fan, just had to try his burger place being so close to home. And it surely did not disappoint. Very original and colorful looking ambience. Gives you a bit of a casual yet elegant diner vibe where you would go with friends to hangout to grab a burger & a shake. Please be warned though, given its location and of course the name that's on the sign outside, expect to pay a bit extra but that should come as no surprise. Backyard Burger Very lean Pattie with just the right amount of fat served with American cheese, Bibb lettuce, tomato, red onion & butter pickles served in a toasted sesame seed bun All in all, a great location paired with a great tasting burger and good service. Very satisfied.

We had a reservation, although not needed. Two story restaurant with a roof top deck, fire pit, nice ambiance and a nice place to escape the busyness of Little Italy for a quicker bite. Staff was friendly, seated us right away at a nice table.Ordered our food and sides, onion rings were brought out as an appetizer so we ate it before our burgers arrived because well, we were hungry. Sweet potato side was a rather small side, maybe enough for two people to share. Burgers were very good. Salads were not. Don't waste your time trying to eat salad here, mostly lettuce with a few pieces of a topping, blue cheese, bacon, and not enough dressing. I'd say here it depends on what you order, had we gotten burgers with onion rings we would have been more happy, but minus the weak salads and small portion of sweet potatoes it left us a bit hungry.

I'd only been to the one in Vegas, and this is a while back. I'm not sure if my burger standards have increased over time, but didn't think the burger here was nearly as good as what I remember from the Vegas location. Tried the Hells Kitchen burger. It was fairly flavorless and dry. I think that they should have added more sauce. Also maybe use better quality beef. No wait, which was a nice change. Prices reasonable for a Ramsay joint (although does not include fries).

Going to write this with pure Gordon Ramsay flare... this place was fairly sub-par for me. Of course, having the name of Gordon Ramsay attached to it, this place won't be going anywhere - but I just think my burger was a bit undercooked (despite ordering medium) and - maybe this is a personal thing - but wish I didn't order the blue cheese burger. Too expensive for what you actually end up getting - especially a la carte with regards to the burgers. The fries were such small portions too and the server most definitely upsold them to us. Having said all of this, our server was still fairly attentive and the location itself is pretty sweet. Clean and sleek-appearing on the inside.

It was my first time at Ramsay restaurant and everything was good. The crab cake was delicious - even the tartar sauce was good. The caramel espresso martini was the best I've had. The fish and chips were okay. The service was great. I look forward to going back and trying other items.

Was a bit hesitant about this place - because it seemed pretty empty - Burger was VERY good as recommended by our waitress. Only reason why not five stars it's because we had to wait for a bit for someone to come out to our table when we were seated and the place was not busy at all. After initial contact it went well. Place is well located - but it is surrounded by other great restaurants and taverns with a lot more history and character.

Upon entering the restaurant it took a long time to even be acknowledged by the waiter. Nearly 10-15 minutes. The food was average. My burger was good, but the chicken inside our daughter's Caesar salad was overcooked. There are three restrooms, each of them had urine all over the toilets. It was disgusting

I'm disappointed. While the patty in my vegan burger was juicy, the buns were extremely dry. Also, there was too much avocado. The oreo crème brûlée shake was 5/5, though. I chugged that thing. Heck, I even got another to-go. I liked the atmosphere here and the waitress was pleasant and fun. There are three single stall unisex bathrooms with baby changing stations near the back.

First of all this place is a fishbowl!! Saturday night at 7 we walk past and see empty tables. We walk in and ask for a table. We are greeted with do you have reservations? Hmm..no, we are no longer accepting walk-ins. Wow...that was like a slap in the face, Others came in after us and were greeted in the same fashion. What a crock!!Sunday we have been gone all day on an outing outside the city. Thinking about what are we going to do about dinner? Thinking hmmm Gordon Ramsay burgers, should we give them a chance? We make reservations for 730. We get to the fishbowl 5 minutes early and have to wait because they are cleaning our table. I guess the other four empty tables are for show. As we wait in the small waiting area, we are entertained by the same song and dance we experienced the night before. When they are ready to seat us, we are greeted by a Boston bottleneck inside the restaurant! There is wait staff being trained and there is not enough room between the bar and the ordering station. Then some random guy comes from the other side of the restaurant waving his cellphone at the waitstaff. When we are seated there are four empty tables. Interesting. We took a look at the menu and made our decision and waited...the hostess (I think) came by and ask if our server had been there, no but I think she is right behind you. Our order was taken. We decided that we would share a chowder (tasty), a wedge salad ( where we come from it is a wedge of iceberg lettuce) this was deconstructed with romaine lettuce. Now the burger that was delicious, the burger of the month. We also ordered onion rings...they were good but my goodness $12 for four rings (one of the onion rings was made with part of the outside skin still on)!! Oh by the way, there was one empty table next to us the whole time we were there. The service was slow and we had to wait a long time for our beverages to be refilled. We left the fishbowl at 9.

The ambiance is unique, like 80s roadtripper divorced dad core. Not really in a good way. It's a high traffic area next to fidi so I wanted to try it but the space could be rented to somewhere better. Like 10 more stands or a brick and mortar for dtx arepa stand guy. The servers and bartenders are incredibly sweet. Adore them, none of this is personal lol if you want a pleasant service and don't care about price or food quality or taste or ambience, highly recommend. Genuinely, that's what matters to some. I got a beer (most are bottled/canned-disappointing as I associate a bar in a purely burger based joint to have more than 4 taps). But beer is fine! No craft options which could take advantage of all the breweries in the area to pull folks in but I got a sam Adam's. For food I got the onion rings and truffle fries. The reviews convinced me to make a burger at home instead of risk it. I also can't imagine paying that price for a burger with no side of fries included. This is far from high end so typically basic fries are included in any sandwich or burger. Or chips. In this area, I can get a lobster roll for around the same price as some of Ramsay burgers stuff and get a side complimentary. Also it looks like they literally do half an avocado, minimal slicing, so it seems awkward to eat from others pictures. I really do like the onion rings. It's a big portion and they are big. For the truffle fries though it's absurd the serving size. They are $12. I counted because it was so small and I got 21 fries. That includes tiny guys. That is 57 cents a fry. Have any of yall paid more than half a dollar per individual fry before??? Insanity. Not even my Boston rent split per day is as astonishing. The fries aren't good enough for that price point. Also they have an obsession with bbq sauce which someone else mentioned but they call it their special ketchup. We are American. We know what bbq sauce is. Price per value is only it for beers and onion rings. The onion rings do come with cheese which is different but enjoyed. And the only enjoyed part. Other than the staff. Overall feels like a caricature of American culture without understanding it.
