Another bad experience at this location. We went after lunch so there was only one worker who was not attentive to the window. We waited quite some time and knocked and could see female employee in building but not coming to window to help customers. We left without any ice cream.

Delicious frozen custard but very expensive. Their min chocolate chip and their no-sugar added vanilla are my favorites but the most incredible sundae is their Snickers Sundae. Always fast service.

Soft creamy desserts. A must try if you're visiting the east coast and especially around Raleigh. We got to know about the place on the last day of our Raleigh and had to give it a try. Totally worth it and there is always flavor of the day. So we tried the Nutella day and also got a frozen pint of cookies and cream.

I am allllll about goodberrys! I've been going to this location since I was a kid. My mom comes to visit now and we always make a trip there. They mainly have vanilla and chocolate, but you can mix your toppings to make whatever you want. They have a daily flavor too that roared through. Depends on what day you get there. I love the chocolate custard! They claim to use clean ingredients and you can absolutely tell!!! I love adding brownies to mine (extra ones too). So yummy. My grandma loves the sandstorm concrete! Something for everyone to enjoy!

We went to buffalo brothers across the street. Yummy food. Go check out that review. Came here for dessert once cream was delicious. $18 for 3 small ones. Would come again. It gets fullllllll. Long line. But worth it. They have tables to sit outside. No inside seating.

Probably the worst ice cream/custard experience I've ever had. Sundae was soupy and melted. It was also 90% toppings and 10% custard and I could barely find 3 or 4 bites of custard. 1 out 10 would not recommend.

I've been going to Goodberrys for the last 12 years and it's always top tier. No matter what location I've gone to. This location is the closest to my house and I've lost count of the amount of times I've visited here. Best frozen custard you can find on NC. And the people serving you are always quick and super nice.My most recent visit I got the daily concrete which was Black Cherry mixed with marshmallows and pretzels. - 10/10

I usually come to this location with my wife, we went tonight and the manager, Caleb was extremely disrespectful to me while i was ordering, and later turned around and yelled at his employees threatening their jobs. The custard and MOST customer service is usually amazing, but that man completely ruined the experience.

I was disappointed that I had to end up throwing my sundae away. There was one employee working. He was very pleasant but he did not wear gloves when preparing my sundae. His hands and nails were visibly dirty and I really lost my appetite when he reached for the sprinkles to put on top of my sundae. I wish I had the option of paying after the service because I would have walked off. A total waste of $8.
