My second time here, the food is pretty good, the first time im trying them is when I'm in Brooklyn, the service is OK, the ambience is pretty clean, they play music around the dining room and most of them are Chinese songs, I took away. One star is because I ordered the large size hot and spicy fish pot and they accidentally get me the small size which I told him it's OK I'll take the small one and then in the middle of eating I found a piece of plastic bag which the manager came to explain that was from when they open the fish bag, and I understand this doesn't normally happen in the restaurant, but sometime it could happen, I work in the restaurant industry also so I totally understand. Sometimes there could be like a dropper piece of hair or plastic bag accidentally dropped situation like this, they were nice enough to take some discount off for my order though.

My recent dinner at this place was seriously amazing! The staff, from the friendly servers to the awesome owner (Amy) made the whole place feel like home. Without a doubt, the star of the show- the King Crab cooked in two ways. First is the steamed version with garlic and it was like a flavor explosion letting the crab really shine. The second part was fried with chili and other veggies that made the whole experience a game changer. The whole vibe of the place, from the cool decor to the carefully picked menu, screams top-notch. I left thoroughly impressed and recommend to anyone exploring their culinary journey.

Hot pot is oh so good for the soul! I stumbled into here randomly one cold night - and I am so glad I did! When you first sit down, you are provided a paper menu that you can indicate how you want to making your hot pot. You have the option to select from different broths, vegetables, meats and fish, of different varieties. You will definitely find something you like, with no problem. The restaurant itself is very casual, and it's a good place for groups to come to enjoy a night out. If you want a casual and comfortable hot spot place, this is a good place to come to!

Food: decent. nice selection. all you can eat for a reasonable price. Service: nobody cares about how you're doing. they don't check up on you. the service is the worst on the triangle. the woman server never replies. just awful service.

We came here for dinner on a Friday and it was bustling. A very solid hot pot place with fresh ingredients and a decent selection. I did take a star off because once our initial dishes were brought it was hard to flag down a server to order more. They seemed busy and understaffed a bit. Be careful w. The Szechuan if you're not great with spicy because even at level 1 it was spicyyy. The broth was delicious though and I'd recommend this place!

The food there is absolutely amazing. The ambience was nice. The service could have been better. They never once asked if we have eaten there before they never explained how to do the process or what the menu was. They just seemed very, get your food and get out. The only time that they seem concerned was when it was time to pay. They even charge a automatic gratuity when there was only four adults. I would love to go there again, but I would want the service to be a little bit better a little bit more caring, and understanding that this is not something that is a normal tradition for Americans.

TL;DR - good hot pot, quality ingredients, limited selection, staff helpful but language challenges. We are always looking for new Hot Pot, so when Good Harvest came on our radar we had to try it. We are regulars at both So-Hot and Szechuan Mansion, and with 12 Ji having issues lately we hoped Good Harvest would be a new alternative for us. The biggest challenge we had was communicating with the staff. Literally nobody was fluent in English and we don't speak their language, so we were kind of stuck pointing at pictures and couldn't get questions answered. The menu was in English so we just went for it. We got the usual varieties of beef, pork, lamb and a little seafood and veggies. Everything was fresh - no complaints. And the broth was good. All in all a solid experience. But with 1/2 the ingredient selection of So-Hot it's probably not a place we will go to often.

The food, service, and dining experience is wonderful. This was my second visit, and I was not disappointed. The food is bursting with flavor; no salty flavors are just bursting with spices and herbs in each bite.

Atmosphere/Location- 5/5 Located in a relatively new plaza in North Carolina, there are still many empty buildings nearby. Hence, there's a huge parking lot with plenty of space. Inside the restaurant is very clean and well maintained. As soon as you enter you are greeted with a huge fish tank with tons of seafood (crabs lobster, king crabs?). But most people including ourselves came for the hotpot!Service- 5/5 Once we decided on getting the All you can eat (AYCE) option, they immediately brought out the soup base. Meat and vegetables were also brought out within minutes. Very quick and attentive service, tons of servers walking around for dedicated water refills.Food- 5/5 For the cost of AYCE, the value is fantastic. They have this extremely fatty beef that practically melts in your mouth. Furthermore, lots of variety of noodles, vegetables (including taro, pumpkin, watercress). Their sauce bar also has lots of options, with some recommended combinations that all taste great.Having been to many hot pot restaurants around the globe, I'd say good harvest is a top contender. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the Research Triangle area!

Service could have been better the person handing us the check was absolutely rude and inconsiderate, tossing the check on the table. I also don't appreciate being pressured and dictated what to order. I will not be returning here anytime soon. Only good thing is the food is good.
