What a great little restaurant, we have friends in the Haw River area who love this place and my family was not disappointed. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was willing to customize as needed if someone wanted a plate that was normally mild to be spicy, etc. the staff willingly made it happen. I've not dined in a lot since Covid but I felt very comfortable here. They knew people who came in and new their orders as well as likes and dislikes, It's been a long time since I've been in a small town restaurant who truly knew their clientele.My wife and I got the house mei fun and an order of the chicken friend rice to share and it was delicious. I am partial to an Asian restaurant near my home and I feel Golden China beat them hands down. I will definitely be asking to eat here next time we are in the area.

Sat for an hour and a half waiting for our meal and only got an app and an egg roll. Cost $12 and didn't even get our entree. Waste of time and money. Don't recommend.

Just shared an order of General Tso Shrimp. Excellent!!! We live in town. It's nice to not have to travel distances to to get Chinese. Next to try....FRIED RICE!!!My favorite. I judge all Chinese restaurants by their rice. If it's good that's enough for me.

You'd never think you're gonna get awesome Chinese in Graham, but there it is! This place has un-greasy, high quality dishes with good portion sizes at very reasonable prices. The menu is very down the line classic Chinese items. This restaurant is a gem, and hopefully they stay around to service the area!

I've had hot and sour soup from coast to coast and surprisingly, the hot and sour soup here in Graham NC is by far the best I've had. Their other dishes are typical Chinese fair, good but not fantastic. The service is good, the staff and owners good people and the hot and sour soup is amazing!

This was our first visit. We visited at lunch on a weekday. The ambiance was quiet, the room decorated in traditional and modern Chinese. The Golden Dragon columns are beautiful...can't wait to bring our preschool grandson, he will love them!We were greeted and seated by a very pleasant young man; it is a family ownedrestaurant. A local policeman was picking up an order. He recommended the restaurant highland reported it is a local favorite. Our waiter was efficient, refilled our drinks without us asking, and served our dishes piping hot.We tried the Chicken Szechuan, Wonton soup, an appetizer assortment tray, and hot Oolong tea. We got a take-out orderfor Wonton soup, shrimp toast, and Beef LoMein. The prices were reasonable. The menu had vegetarian options. They had a kid's menu. They had soft drinks available. There was not a bar.Everything we tried was delicious They're located in a shopping center so there was plenty of parking spaces, including handicapped. The entrance and restrooms are handicapped accessible. We look forward to return visits to sample more of their carefully and artfully prepared menu items!

The food is consistently good and hot. Older gentleman has a sense of humor if you engage him. The woman is shy but brightens up to even a small complement. The young man at the register is friendly and helpful. Plus all the food we have ever gotten was good and hot with fire. They can make any dish spicy too. The place is always clean.

I wasn't impressed with the general Tao chicken or sweet and sour chicken. for the price if you like a lot of rice it's not worth it. I don't see how this place got 4 stars. portions were small but a lot of rice to feed the neighbors.
