Golden China

Today I ordered the Hot & Sour soup.I was surprised that the soup was very dark as if would be if it were black coffee.The ingredients have changed for the worst.I do not recommend this new recipe does not equal the previous recipe for Hot & sour soup.Dried Chinese black fungus is a common ingredient in hot and sour soup, a hearty, sour, spicy, and savory Chinese soup but is missing in new bad recipe soup at this Golden China location.Black fungus is also popular in other Asian countries, such as Japan, and can be used in soups, stir-fries, and salads. It has a crunchy texture.

Great prices for some great food. I noticed this place when i drove by it many times, but never actually stopped in. The restaurant is mostly made for takeout, however they do have a few tables within. The tables looked newer, and compared to many take out style chinese restaurants, the tables were clean and not sticky.I ordered steamed chicken and broccoli (going for a healthier option) and without hesitation, the person behind the desk asked if i wanted the sauce on the side (rather than not asking and soaking it in the sauces).in addition, the pricing was very decent. i look forward to trying new items on their healthy menu!

Pretty excited that this place serves great fried dumplings, I got the boneless spare ribs which were also good. Im looking forward to coming back for more dumplings and trying the other stuff on the menu which is very reasonably priced. As a heads up check the menu I posted, the ones you will find online I came to find out arent updated.

Very close to my house. I stop here for lunchtime food if I have a hankering for Chinese food. You can now order online. You can't pay online but ordering is easy and convenient.Hubby liked his chicken dish just fine. My chicken with veggies was kind of bland. Could of used pepper and maybe some other seasonings. We both added the red pepper hot sauce. That sauce is good if you like spicy. Next time I will try a different dish with a different sauce.We also got spring rolls. 2 rolls per order. They were OK. Not as crispy as I would like.Give them a try. We will be back. The lunch dishes are really a good value.

Decent food, decent service. It's a nice alternative to Shanghai Alley it's closer to my house as well.

Okay. This place is okay. For service and friendliness of the employees, its a winner. For the food, it's a tossup between "meh" and "okay". Maybe I ordered the wrong things, but I just didn't find the food to be all that memorable. The sweet and sour pork was bread-y. There was too much batter on it and it tasted like it was cooked in old oil. The pot stickers were filling, but there was way more "outside" than "inside" and it was like eating dough.Because of the other positive reviews and the steady stream of customers with take-out orders, I'm inclined to think I need to try again and order something else. Based on this experience, though, I think there are better choices for take-out Chinese than what I had here."Okay" it is, at least for now.

I can clearly see why they don't have the best ratings. I didn't even have their food because their customer service was SO lousy that after waiting and waiting (and ignoring me) she said, "oh you should've told me." What? You mean read that order ticket to you that you're holding in your hand right now? You mean do your job for you? Every single order in there was an online order that got called on when ready. She just forgot and didn't admit to forgetting. My order was so simple too. There was one point where another customer looked at me and shook his head on how bad the customer service was.

Came here for lunch with hubby as it is very close to my home. Most lunch specials are 5.69 with a choice of fried or steamed rice. Food was made fresh and came out hot. I ordered the moo goo gai pan. Portion was large and there was a variety of veggies in the dish. Did not wait long for the food.

The workers here are super nice. The food was super tasty too! I would recommend this place!

Super good food at good prices! Had the Szechuan Chicken, it was delicious! Egg rolls are very good and not greasy.
