This place is horrible. They can never get your order right and they don't even know about their own specials that's post out front. Did I mention the food is always cold. Food was cold as ice! I didn't get nothing to eat my food or drink with. No roll, baby tenders on top of being cold as ice smh ordered to go online and a door dash sticker is on my bag I guess that's why they didn't really care about the quality of my order. First time here and I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied. Poor presentation

This location's customer service is very disappointing. I loved Golden Chick when they first came to the Houston area. Now that location-based is growing, the quality of service is going down. This location has coupon specials at this time. I came in to take advantage of the coupons. One special is 2 pc. Dark and mash potatoes for $4.89. Another coupon special 3 chicken tenders and a roll for $4.49. With 8.25% tax that comes to $10.15.Due to a register "glitch," Golden Chick is cheating their customer. The cashier attempted to charge $11.85. When I complained to management. The manager at first insulted my intelligence by saying it was due to tax. When I called her on that lie, she said it's due to the register and nothing she could do. She asked if I wanted it or not? The answer is NO!! It's the principle of the matter! I know some will say it's only $1.70. No, it's stealing from your customers plain and simple. Just imagine if 100 people came in to take advantage of this special and got charged extra. That is a total of $170 stolen from their customers. I'd rather eat somewhere that does not steal from me!

Yeah I got the 8 piece family meal with fries and dirty rice. The chicken and the rolls were FIRE I mean absolutely delicious. The fries were Ok I thinking real good IF they were fresh. The dirty rice not so much. I will not get it again when I go back for some more chicken real soon.
