Food:4/5Wow! I have never had this kind of food before but it was very good. My favorite was the red lentils, but I got the veggie bowl pick 3 with: potato's and cabbage, red lentil, chickpea, and tomato salad. If you are not a fan of spice DO NOT get the red lentils, I'm from Texas and these had a kick. The cabbage was my second favorite followed by the chic pea. The bowl comes with a pancake like layer at the bottom, personally was not a fan and will ask for without next time. Pretty flavorless - sort of between pancake and crepe texture wise. Additionally, I was also not a super fan of the tomato salad. I usually would love this but the tomatoes were very squishy and could've used some salt. Portion is large!Atmosphere: 3.5/5They have a cute outside, but need to play some music! It's too quiet in here. The inside has a few small tables and two bar seats with plugs.Overall 4/5My food came out hot, quick, and fresh! People were kind and gave good recommendations. I'll be back!

This is now my favorite coffee place to visit in Durham! I had a lovely time here with a dear friend. It's such a cute place, lots of comfy seating, the breakfast sandwiches are absolutely delicious, and the coffee is superb. Service was wonderful. We got the Jebena coffee and shared it, and the setting was so beautiful. Will definitely be coming again.

Perfect spot for a flavor-packed lunch break. If you've had Goorsha's food, it's the same delicious food, just repackaged in clever ways, as sandwiches (panini) and bowls. We tried the Gojo panino (chicken, roasted red pepper, sauce) and a protein bowl with chicken, tekil gomen (cabbage, potato, carrot), fosolia (green beans & carrot), and beet salad. The food came out super quickly (there were only a few other folks in at the time). While the panino was tasty enough, I would recommend/reorder the protein bowl more. The portioning is super generous on the bowl: the bottom is layered with injera, and the scoops of protein and sides are massive. I ate my fill and still had leftovers to take home. They also have coffee and pastries, though we did not try that on our visit.

This is a great lunch option for people who enjoy Ethiopian food. The veggie bowl is my personal fav. You get 3 choices of sides and a choice between beet root and tomato salad.Today, the good tasted pretty poor. The flavors were bland and the injera was mushy. It was disappointing as the food has been tasty for awhile now. I hope it was just a one off thing. On another note, I think the inside is vibe.

We just like the uniqueness of this place. It's behind Goorsha Ethiopian restaurant on Main Street and offers coffee drinks and light bites. We stopped in on a Saturday morning and were surprised that it was empty. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and two chai drinks. The server (we think a co-owner) was very pleasant and chatted with us about their decor and their menu. We chose to sit outdoors. Their breakfast sandwiches come with a unique spicy sauce and were amazing. We're looking forward to coming back and trying more options. We understand they also occasionally feature live music.

I LOVED the vibe at Gojo. There was a very good amount of covered outdoor seating in their patio area and it's decorated very nicely. I don't quite remember the name of this bagel sandwich, but it was AMAZING! The Ethiopian red paste that comes on this sandwich really sets your taste buds off... in a good way. The owner is also very nice and provides excellent service.

Gojo is an offshoot of Goorsha that's open during lunch hours. It's such a cute little spot that I'm surprised more people who love Goorsha don't know about. We stopped in on a weekday for lunch and it was very quiet. I got the ItsWat sandwich (mushroom and avocado), which was a little underwhelming to be honest. Flavorful, but next time I'd definitely go for the bowls. Someone I was with got the vegan bowl and it looked so good (more like the dinner entrees at Goorsha, if you're familiar). We also got the Jebena coffee ceremony, which was really just coffee served in the traditional Ethiopian coffee pot. Was very good though! Overall, a great place a grab a quick lunch and catch up with a friend.
