Glow Hookah Lounge

I give this place a 4 star as this is the only place close to Sugarland that has got better with making hookah. The hookah lasts for good time. Food when available is good for a chill session. They have Dj's sometimes and I had fun when I was there the last time.

I rate this one star because at least they played good hip hop music. We didnt have to pay to get in. The lady was rude that gave us the hookah, giving me and my friend death stares the whole night. When we went it was around 10pm and it still wasnt packed. It was only one group of people in there and they left before we did. We tried to give it a try but it was boring there. I could have just smoked my own hookah at my house if i knew it would be that boring. We did get some drinks, they were mixed but good. The drinks were $6. Cheap but boring. Hookah was $15 here. All i know is im not coming back here.

Pretty modest place to be honest. If you are just looking for something just cheap then this may be your place. The service was late and had to ask three times at least before the hookah was served. The ambiance is nothing more than a divey lounge.

On Saturday's they have guest dj's which I don't mind but they're usually OVERLY LOUD, there's no reason I should be screaming to talk to someone who's literally sitting next to me. You can't even enjoy the music because the Dj and his friends WONT shut up. If you order hookah be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for it to finally reach ur table (everytime). This particular day we went around 12:40. Waiter finally greeted our table after 10 minutes. We ordered our hookah around 12:55 received our hookah it at 1:30. We think they forgot about it because we finally got it but it didn't taste like mango which is what we got. We expressed that it wasn't a pleasant flavor . Finally got another flavor at 2:07am. So over one hour just to get a damn hookah. If you don't have time it to waste, DONT waste it here. They have decent food and it's a BYOB which is why we frequently come here. I'd recommend coming if u need somewhere to chill with friends maybe not Saturday's for relaxing it's rather busy and a night club atmosphere.

interior looks amazing, but so wasted on this place. The management is awful, same goes for the hookah. I gave this place 2 chances and was disappointed everytime. Won't ever come back here again, I am sticking to Delight. And they dont serve pork dish.. Very upset tbh.

I liked this place the first couple of times I went. The last several times it seems to be going down fast. Nothing but to loud hard rap with f*** this n that, pu*** n d*** everything. Kitchen is usually closed and you can't even get ice for your drink. They can't decide if they are boobs or not and if you are not a friend of the waitstaff good luck on service. Most of the waitstaff are sitting and smoking/eating with customers or friends.

So I have been eyeing this place for a while. It looks Hella shady from the outside but once inside you will find a nice lounge with comfy seats and a huge screen. This isn't your typical middle eastern style shisha joint. It has a nice indo/pak vibe. The shisha was cheap and decent. You can choose which tobacco brand you want not just the flavors. They use good charcoal not that instalight crap.The food was really yummy and value priced. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries for only $5.99. The burger was not a pre-made patty. It was seasoned and had a nice kick. The bun could have been better quality but I love that it was grilled. Menu said burger came with onions, tomato, lettuce, and mayo. I got some lettuce, very little mayo, and no tomato or onions :-( It came with a lot of fries. They were crispy and dusted with a spicy seasoning. So good. But spicy. My hubby ordered chicken tender and fries. That was okay . Nothing special. My only complaint- the reason I would think twice about coming back is that while I was there there was some punk who plugged his phone into the stereo system and began playing music with nothing but fbombs and other curse words. I can handle a couple but song after song of bitches and hoes...trash. He also started playing videos of girls doing splits and twerking...really?! As a woman, it was offensive and derogatory. This is a place of business not that guy's personal phone. If I want to see that crap I'll head to Richmond. I hope the management will put a stop to that kind of stuff. Definitely worth checking out. Gives Red Sky and Delight a run for their money.

Worst experience ever!! My friends and I came here the other night to get some food. We ordered some zinger burgers as soon as we got there. 45 minutes later we were still waiting for our food, while the employees are walking around looking at us. I decided to go up the manager and let him know what's going on and complained about the time. After few minutes, he said there was no order placed. When he asked the server the server said he never took our order. Worst customer service ever! So finally an hour or so later we got our food and it was cold and disgusting. Music was very disturbing and too loud. I barely could understand my friend who was sitting next to me. Overall, bad music, bad customer service, bad food. Won't ever come back to this ghetto. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

This place is a dope and local spot to go too. I don't see how you can complain about the music when that's the whole vibe of the place; it's a great environment and it's he number one place that I'd take he homies down to just relax. It's a small business and it does it's best at what it does. Suzan was a great host to our table and I'd recommend her always - she made us feel welcome and made our stay there more chill. I'd recommend this place to my friend in an instant

Great place to wind out and relax after work. Great green tea, keep one priced menu for everyone. Don't have regulars start paying more. Menu prices should be set and same for everyone. I have paid 1 , 1.5, 2 for the same item on different occasions . It'd only a dollar but still. Otherwise music and staff and owner is great.
