Gloria's Latin Cuisine

I had been waiting for this restaurant to open, so I was very happy today. We got in and it smells like everything is new. It is a nice open space beautifully decorated and bright with natural light.We ordered the chicken with mushrooms in a creamy sauce, the Steak Flameado, we also had a french pressed coffee and flan for dessert. We loved everything! I think the chicken had cumin, and I love cumin. The steak with cheese had onions, tomato sauce, and melted cheese on top. I liked the flavors, but I felt the steak was a bit small and thin. Joe was our waiter and he got us our food very quickly. Was present throughout our meal to make sure we didn't need anything.This place has a very positive and calm environment, waiters are super friendly and service is on point.We met Vicente, the manager, he is from San Luis Potosí and talked to us for a little bit, again everyone super friendly. I will come back for sure. I recommend this place 100%.

I've been waiting for this Gloria's location to open for months. I was desperately craving their complimentary bean dip (which I would love the recipe for Gloria's ) Our service was attentive and quick, the ambience is so good! Beautiful interiors and the music was at just the right volume. The food was great. We ordered the snapper tacos, mariscada, trio ceviche, and chicken tacos. The churros we ordered for dessert were the only thing that didn't land well. The ice cream came to the table already melted and the churros themselves were extremely doughy on the inside. If those two things can be fixed, it would have been a perfect meal. Can't wait to return. Sadly this location will not have the live music or salsa dancing :( I'm sure due to some weird Woodlands regulations.

Was excited to see Gloria's opening in the woodlands! Within the first month, it is still super busy! Although the lot was full, I was easily able to find seating at the bar. The staff was well selected, managing the happy hour rush with ease. The $5 happy hour margaritas are definitely a show stopper - both delicious and strong. I also enjoyed the pupusas and tamales here. Not the biggest location compared to others- so I don't see any salsa nights being included here. Overall, happy to see Gloria's expanding, wish we had a bigger location but understandable for the market.

Thank you Gloria's and Welcome to Shenandoah, Texas we have been expecting you. Ambiance is superb - top notch decor and relaxed atmosphere. Food - the best of the best. Love the Gloria's Special. It has a bit of everything! We met Anna the new and kindest manager! Thank you for taking time to greet us! But my 5 star server is Ms Abby! What a sweet disposition! She opened her arms and heart to us. Beautiful soul, beautiful smile! 5 days later and we're back! I hope we get as lucky to have her wait on us!

Excellent food. Service is great. The only issue I had was consistency in drinks. I visited the establishment twice and ordered the same drink each time "orange skinny mojito"On the second visit it did not taste like the first time I had it. Other than that it food and service had been excellent.

Great restaurant. Nice, inviting atmosphere. Spinach and chicken quesadillas were quiet tasty. We sat at the bar during HH. The Manager, Osmar knocked over multiple bar glasses and he stepped aside and literally watched his staff clean up his mess. Very disappointed in how he looked down at his team while they cleaned up his accident. Outside of him we will be back.

WOW, this joint is packed all the times we've been there. Service at the bar is fabulous with Andy and Jose having waited on us. The bean dip adds a nice touch the chips/salsa of which are excellent. I've had the Sopa de Pollo small bowl which is huge for starters and packed with Pollo and Veggies. Red Snapper Tacos are full of Snapper and so tasty. If you want to have a specific order like my wife wanted last week, Andy was happy to do it for her. She simply wanted grilled Chicken with black beans and guac and it was perfect. No knife needed to cut into the Chicken as it was very tender and seasoned with Olive Oil and Lemon juice just as she wanted as sodium isn't on our diet. The restaurant is beautiful inside and the everyone is very friendly and right on top of things. We will be back this weekend for more of your wonderful food and service.

After waiting in anticipation for months, like the rest of the Woodlands, and a few failed tries, we finally ate at the new Gloria's, and let me tell you, this restaurant is gorgeous, Woodlands gorgeous :). Since they do not take reservations (atm), the wait can be...less than ideal. You never know what you're walking into, which makes me less inclined to return, but on this day, we were given the option of a 30 minute wait for an indoor table, or immediate seating on their outdoor patio, so patio it was! Our waiter was friendly. The offerings were ample, and our selections ranged from alright to fantastic. The spicy mango margarita- pretty good. Ceviche trio dish- aight to good. Queso and chicken enchiladas- right up our alley! Brownie (apart from possibly frost bitten ice cream or maybe just icy ice cream), a winner. But the patio dining itself needs some work. For summertime without overhead fans, cooling devices, or bug control, our meal became us vs. the sun and the flies. Initially seated in direct sunlight, we asked to move. It was not until another party sat at the table next to us that the team moved the fans in our direction, so for a minute there, we were still boiling. Again, the food was great, the manager came by to check in, and the space was gorgeous, but was it worth fighting insects and the sun, probably not. Next time we'll sit indoors, or endure the wait time to relocate inside! This restaurant is clearly popular, so I'm super excited for them to implement a reservation system (fingers crossed).

i've never been to any Glorias Latin cuisine... I really had no expectation as it's another Mexican restaurant in Texas. Don't walk....but run here.... everything I ordered was exceptional and the pricing was exceptional! let me start by saying I ordered the sour cream, enchiladas , an iced tea and one margarita on the rocks happy hour, and it was $20. my last order at Whataburger was more than 20 bucks and it did not include a margarita! They start you with chips and salsa.... and it's three different types of salsa - green, red and bean salsa. I did not love the green salsa, but the red and bean salsa were awesome! I had the sour cream chicken enchiladas... Very tasty blended sauce... I am used to your typical sour cream sauce with an overbearing sour cream taste. This was not that. Blended, cream sauce that paired well with the chicken. For lunch, the portions were a good size.... two enchiladas served with beans and rice . The shocker was the refried beans and Mexican rice. The Mexican rice does not look like your typical (orange) Mexican rice.... It is Subtly seasoned, and tasted great! I went at lunch and happy hour is going on... The house margarita that was normally $14, on happy hour is five dollars.... so that's a hell of a deal! That is the best deal in town for HH!! I was not planning on ordering one... But For five dollars....what the heck lets give it a try! you know what I'm about to say... It was very good as well! it really tasted like a top shelf margarita and not a house margarita! Dayana was my waitress... She is very sweet, attentive and did a great job! I would definitely request her again! you will not be disappointed in this newest Gloria cuisine restaurant to hit The Woodlands!
