Glide Pizza

About the closest thing to a New York slice we've found in Atlanta since moving from NYC. Perfectly leopard on the bottom of the crust. Can hold up with a slight bend. And just the right amount of sauce. Now the side of ranch is just the icing on the pie if you wish! Not too much seating, but i feel the vibe is meant for you to be on the go or socialize outside.Solid go-to, especially if you're just strolling the beltline.

We made a stop at Glides other location yesterday and it didn't disappoint. This one is located inside next to a brewery counter. We ordered a cheese pie. The Good: The pizza is awesome. 8.4/10. Probably the best Ive had in Georgia since moving down here 10+ yrs ago, but would stand out anywhere. Cool people, excellent location, nice layout. The Challenges: I wish they had one in Johns Creek. We will be back sooner than later.

I had great expectations for this pizza, I've been waiting to order for quite some time, service is great and they have like an oven to keep it hot until you arrive.Now the bad part, I had a half cheese, half peperoni pizza. It was a sea of salt, too salty, I had to throw the rest as I force myself to try it. Feeling bad because I research a lot this place. Not at all NY pizza

Really good pizza. Good size, right amount of sauce and cheese/toppings. Very nice people working there. It took about 20 mins if not less. I walked around while it cooked. Not much seating on the front but you can always find seating around the Beltline. Cute setup though to walk up and order or pick up and go.

One of my favorite pizzas in Atlanta! Great flavor and portion. You must try the ranch! The restaurant is right off the beltline, so it's easy to stop by for a quick bite. Even if it's busy, pizza comes out hot and quickly.Indoor seating here is pretty limited, but they have some outdoor bar-style seating.

Loved the pizza at this place! The cheesepizza was quite flavorful and delicious and their ranch is to die for. The service is quick and nice and they have plenty of spots to sit outside and some inside! I highly recommend and I will be back!!

As someone who has a pizza journal, I take my pizza seriously - so when I say Glide hits the spot, I mean it! Setting: Outdoors right off the beltline in Inman park, there isn't much seating, but it's not far from other outdoor areas where there's more outdoors seating. ‍Service: Very efficient and kind staff, who let me and others know that they were out of the Homegrown for the slices. Food: I ordered a slice of the Pepp City ($5) which featured savory white sauce, pepperoni, calabrese peppers, and jalapeños alongside the Glide Ranch. The thin crust was crispy and the sauce was light which paired well with the herby dill-forward ranch.

GLIDE on your your nights like this with Glide Pizza. From the tiny unassuming takeout window outside Irwin Street Market to the this new and improved Beltline location, Glide has easily slid into my list of top pizza slices in Atlanta. There is now a second location inside Inner Voice Brewing in Decatur that is much more convenient for me - and is even better for sitting and eating with a boozy slushie or beer. I wasn't a huge fan of the location itself of the Irwin Street Market window, so I'm glad they moved to this new location. Parking was super limited (although free) and the seating was very meh. Don't get me wrong, there is some parking is available (not free, maybe find some street parking and walk over) and there is some seating (not as comfortable as the Decatur location). Pepp City is my go-to slice - spicy and salty and that red sauce is everything. Don't cheap out, GET the pizza ranch with it. AND the hot honey - which is perfect with the garlic white or sausage slices. I'm not a huge fan of the pizza if it's not fresh - not my go-to "cold" pizza if that makes sense. While I love the crust fresh, after it gets cold it seems to lose its soft plushy texture. Even reheated properly it's just not the same. So definitely recommending ordering just enough and eating it the day of! Overall, Glide has easily one of my favorite thin NY style slices in Atlanta!

One of my favorite pizza spots in Atlanta! The pizza was hot and sauce was really smooth and fresh. I like the ambiance of the restaurant a lot especially on a sunny day to sit on the porch. The only thing I didn't like was the salad. We got a Caesar and it didn't hit :(. Service was great; everyone was super nice and the food came out relatively quickly. I will be back for this slice!!

A little takeout window slightly removed from the large complex of businesses nearby, this place offered large New York-style slices. Besides cheese, I was happy to have the option for a "homegrown" slice with pimento cheese and mushrooms for a flavor that was indeed distinctively local. These slices weren't cheap, but they were large. Perhaps the best part was the delightful pickled peppers I got as a side, which brightened up the last bits of crust considerably.There were a few seats nearby, but they were in the sun so I found a picnic table elsewhere. Their non-pizza and special dietary needs options were limited, but the slices were worthy of a stop.
