Stopped by this location i am very disappointed with the managers (roberto) reaction too us reporting the wings uncooked, I was not asking for a discount but for him to make sure his cooks are aware of how serious this situation can become. Salmonella food poisoning can cause death and Roberto didn't even bother to come and address it with us. Yea $5 discount is how serious you took this situation I am definitely reporting it with corporate office.

Nice place, busy but things moved fairly well. I had the Calamari appetizer, Italian Beef both were exceptional. i didn't have the deep dish since I had it many times before and wanted to try their thin crust pizza. It was a wise chose. I would recommended it highly.

This place was the highest rated pizza place within three miles so I figured it was a good bet. I'm truly disappointed in my pizza, the one employee in the place, and the cleanliness.I called in advance to order a large thin crust ham and mushroom pizza. While on the phone with the employee trying to place the order he had me repeat my order three times. And twice during the call he asked if I was ordering a pizza from Giorginos or Giordanos. Really? How many people make that mistake that you then need to make every customer who calls to feel like an idiot? When I arrived in the quoted 25 minutes there were two customers in front of me waiting while just one employee ran crazy around the kitchen preparing different things. While I waited I took note of a few things. First was that all the lights in the place were off except for the kitchen. It was dinner time, not a slow period in between lunch and dinner. Next was the cleanliness of the kitchen. I wouldn't even call it a level of cleanliness but a mass of filth. Food sitting open like Italian beef, some ground beef or burgers, and what looked like a bag of shredded white cheese - all things that need to be kept refrigerated. And then I watched the employee go from handling money to open food without washing his hands or putting on gloves. Now let me talk about the thin crust pizza. Not so thin. The crust was more like a hand tossed Pizza Hut or Papa John's crust. There was an ample amount of sauce and cheese. The ham was OK but really didn't have much taste. Then we get to the mushrooms... I've never had anything other than fresh mushrooms on a pizza. These mushrooms were the kind that come in a can and are smaller "Pieces and Stems" and were quite mushy. Last time I looked the fresh mushrooms were a lot less expensive than canned stems. It took the flavor and texture of the pizza right down. So the only slightly good aspect I can mention here is that the Family Dollar allows Giorginos customers to park in their lot. I can't honestly see a reason to try this place again. So many issues I can't see all of them being fixed. How disappointing for a local place that isn't a chain company.

This is not Giordano's it's a cheap ploy to try and STEAL costumers from the real pizza.DO NOT EAT HERE FOR YOUR SAFETY.This place is disgusting, the owners kids sit and play in the restraunt all day everyday. they have dirty furniture in the restraunt (????), the 2 owners barely speak any English, and to top it off THEY HAVE ROACHES. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I've never seen them wash their hands, and when they do use gloves they never change them, so you'll see them touch money, dirty counters, etc. and use the same gloves to make the food. You can see to the back of the restraunt from the counter and it looks very dirty. I live in this neighborhood, if you want pizza go to Lena's or Cipriani's. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS.

This pizza place has a pizza displayed at the door that is very deceiving. The sample has meat spreaded across the pizza. We ordered a large stuffed and had to look for meat in every slice. Very disappointed. Won't be back. Manager admitted they don't make pizzas like the sample. We'll take it down sir.

The pizza is good, your typical Chicago style Pie, delivery has been consistent and my family really enjoys it.Adam mentioned them running out of pizza, that is great. If I owned a pizza joint that is how I would do it.They have a very good fried chicken, cheep and crispy, I was not sure how it would hold up for delivery, but on two occasions it has been crispy and seasoned well. Maybe a touch much on the breading, but good none the less.
