It's $9 for banh cuon now. In an era where companies are pinching pennies and squeezing everything they can out of customers, this mom and pop shop lowers the prices of their food. They got my money - it's not even a question

Yes! Please come here for banh cuon. Best you'll find in denver! They have other stuff too but I haven't tried anything else. I usually call ahead, it takes about 15-20 mins to make. The inside is very small but worth it for a quick stop for pick up.

My go to Vietnamese place that makes me feel like home. From the OG ladies that bring the taste of bánh cuốn (Vietnamese clear crepes) comparable to socal for me. If you're Vietnamese they have everything from bánh cuốn, bánh ướt, bánh hỏi , gio, cha, Vietnamese yogurt, pickled veggies, bánh bao, caramel flan, moc, you name it. Even my SoCal parents loved it whenever they visit. Pricing is cheap. They give discount for cash payment. The Ladies are super nice. Just be polite. If you have a big order say more than 2 lbs of whatever crepe, call ahead. It'll take them 20 min to get it ready for you. And they like it better bc they're less stressed out. For Americans, if you're down to try I'd recommend asking for "bánh cuốn combo"(with minced pork meat), it comes w fresh Thai basil fried shallot and yes , our motherland famous dipping fish sauce. Cheers.

Long ago, I could only eat this whenever I traveled to San Gabriel Valley. I'm happy to see many Asian cuisine options popping up in Colorado in the last couple of years. This is the only place that I have been to in Colorado and there's a reason I keep coming back because the banh uot is super yummy. My family likes to buy cha from here and cut it up and place it on time along with fish sauce, fried onions, cucumbers, bean sprouts, and lettuce/herbs. Get a big plate if you want to eat like this because things will fall over.

Incredibly impressive Vietnamese food. They do a few things and they do it REALLY well. And their biggest sellers that I would recommend are pretty "safe" food for those who are unaccustomed to southeast Asian foods in general.Huge warning. They don't really have a menu posted, and as far as I can tell, they don't really do English. They don't have their dishes on open display either. So if you just went in there cold without any Vietnamese speakers with you, then you probably wouldn't get very far. Perhaps you can point to some words from this review to show them and then show with your fingers how many orders you want.I'm not going to describe what each dish is because you can just do a quick Google search to see what it is. I will just describe what I liked and what I didn't like.Bánh cuốnBánh ướtThe sheets of rice, with noodle-like consistency, is the star of the show here. It is incredibly delicate, soft, and luxurious. The ingredients served with it are so fresh quality. The "pork loaf" here (kind of like... a not-salty version of chicken nugget meat, but made with pork and steamed) is a great example of how it should be and is made in the store. The fish sauce thing they have, however, is not my favorite. I substitute my wife's fish sauce and dump out theirs. If you don't have access to top fish sauce, then the fish sauce that they supply will suffice.Bánh ít Nếp than nhân dừaThis is wrapped in banana leaves and sitting out on open display. It's not labeled, so you'll have to ask what is inside of the banana leaves. It was such a wonderful dessert. A flavor you don't come across everyday in Denver. It is a beautiful black color from the black rice, which imparts a wonderfully earthy flavor. Coconut and peanut flavors come through nicely.I am so impressed by this tiny little shop. Every foodie absolutely must come here and try out these items.

If you don't speak Viet, make sure you have some pictures of what you want, because there isn't a menu to look at. I was hoping it was going to be a Vietnamese store/restaurant where they have hot foods on the counters and you can just pick them up (like a Huong Lan Sandwiches), but it is a little different. They have a good amount of frozen foods like banh nam, banh lop, and nem. Lots of types of cha for your preference. Pickled items, banh bao. Pretty solid place. I went for the banh cuon, which was good, and what I needed. The rice roll thinness could have been a little bit less thicker. I'll be back, but I'm still searching for a place where I can pick up hot foods on the go.

Great little to go good spot! The banh cuon was really good and fresh!! They make their cha which is pretty darn good. I usually have to wait to visit family in Dallas or Houston to find a good one so I'm happy we have one in town! I thought they would have more selections when we visited but their biggest food dishes were banh cuon and banh uot.I would definitely go back if I was craving it though!

This is the place to get Gio in denver. Come grab some Gio and make yourself some easy sandwiches at home. You can get fresh baguette and pickled carrots and daikon from nearby places on federal.
