Tonight i called in an order of Hot and Sour Soup along with Chicken Lomein upon arriving to pick up my order I paid my bill and tipped the cashier two dollars for her service of working the register as her job. While I waited for my order that cost me right at 14.00 without the tip I asked for a packet of Sweet and Sour sauce, she then told me it would be an additional 25 cents so I declined and left but then remembered that my bill was a bit steep and agreed to it , but to hounded for an additional amount was ludicris, just to ask for a packet of sauce is like outrageous, I just bought a meal from you.Is that not enough, this place I will not order from anymore but if you like eating here try the Dragon Chinese Cuisine I have eaten there many times and have never been charged for Sweet and Sour sauce.

In general I've noticed a very significant decline in quality of food and services. The only reason for a 1 star rating is I had no choice. The food used to be pretty good. However, the food is always cold service is extremely poor. Food is reheated to serve to Coustomers ordering on the go. When you bring this to the attention of the manager and staff nothing is done! I've spent good money with this establishment and today, I've had it! I will no longer patronize this place and suggest that you don't either. They are extremely deceptive at trying to get over on customers by us old food. Food from earlier that day as well?. DONT SUPPORT THIS PLACE. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY

I'm a regular here. I mainly go for 1 entree and it's this here the shrimp broccoli in white sauce. The vegetable and protein was a good ratio. I like to go for lunch hour because I get enough. You get choice of soup and rice with cheesepuff. The staff is very nice as well.

Please don't waste your time and money here. Food was not good the name speaks for itself. Food unseasoned and only thing you can taste is ginger. Asked for something different they wouldn't exchange. So giving a popular dish the benefit of the doubt. No one can mess up general taos. Guess what they did an it taste like ginger. Wanted my money back they refused you have been warned that you will not get your money back. Very bad experience I do not recommend to anyone. An yes it's that bad it can't be rated with a star

First and last time, I get my Chinese food from this place. I order General Tos w/ fried rice. I specifically ordered my fried rice NO ONIONS (food allergy) I also ordered cheese puffs. Total 21.00, portions were very small. Luckily I could smell the onions in the cheese puffs. My son bit into one and spit it right out. The cheese puffs were filled with onions. Here is the kicker after years w/ covid I happened to see the back kitchen cooks. A man was bare handing a pile of noodles into go plates. He then wiped he's forehead. I should have noticed that the dining room was empty & they were over charging. Not worth the price and chance of getting sick.
