Ginger

New small restaurant in the Safeway Mall in Evergreen. They have only been open a couple weeks, so we wanted to give them a try. We arrives about 4:45 and there were a couple other tables filled, but as we approached 5pm the people started streaming in, about half for take out. Staff's English was fair with a couple staff who could answer more complex questions like Gluten Free options. Ambiance fair , but the food was Fantastic. I got the Shrimp Pad Thai, medium heat. I think they Americanized the heat scale, as medium was very flavorful but only slightly warm, could easily go up a notch. Wife got a chicken curry that was very good but a bit warmer. Appeared to be a family run restaurant and they were handling the volume pretty well for just getting started. We will definitely be back!
