OMG! this is literally the best soul food place I have EVER been to! If I could give ten star I would, definitely will be coming back here. The service was amazing, they were very nice! I loved the ambiance quiet, a great tone to enjoy the food. I hope it doesn't become to popular and the doors are flooded with people, because this may be my new spot! :)

I found this spot while visiting Conyers. GiGi's had great reviews so I was extremely excited to try it out. So I'm always gonna start off with the good first.I loved the restaurant's decor and design, location also has plenty of parking.The customer service was amazing. Everyone was warm and friendly.Gigi's also has a kiosk in the restaurant where you could order your food from if the line is too, I thought that was pretty cool as well.But that's where the good ends.The food was not good at all. I didn't like not one thing on my plate. I ordered pork chops, mac and cheese, and collard greens. Banana pudding as well. Everything looked like it was gonna be delicious but unfortunately, it wasn't. The banana pudding seemed store-bought.So you can imagine how pissed I was after paying an arm and leg for the food. Also, the bathroom was disgusting. I know that doesn't have anything to do with the food, but if you don't keep the bathroom clean that guest can actually see how does the kitchen look? and I got there about 30 mins after they opened so it had to still be dirty from another day. Everybody's taste buds are different so you may love GiGi's but I won't be returning.

I've eaten here a few times and can confirm that the food here is consistently underwhelming. I wish I could say I liked the food here.The mac n cheese is often dry and flavorless (maybe dry due to it sitting for a long time). The gravy and meat dishes don't have much flavor. The rice feels parboiled yet undercooked. My cornbread had a bad aftertaste and doesn't have that signature cornbread flavor - it feels like cake mix. Most recently, I had fried fish and the hot sauce in the little hot sauce packets they provided turned my food pink.Other visits, I've had the greens and they tasted raw and tough.I'm still on the search for good soul food in the conyers/covington area. Hopefully I find it one day!

OkayThis food was amazingFirst time I ate a whole platter of foodThen black eye peas and rice man oh man were they good. The yams was on point and the chicken was just how I liked it fried hard. My husband has not came of for air once since he opened the platter. Good good will go back again

This location is the cutest! I loved the atmosphere and decor in this Resturaunt. Everything was very clean and well lit. The staff were very kind and the kiosk was a great modern touch to ordering your food quicker. The kitchen was very well organized and extremely clean. The food was phenomenal. I ordered the baked chicken deluxe and chose baked macaroni and yams as my sides. I also requested extra gravy. The baked chicken was thoroughly cooked and very flavorful. The rice was firm but not crunchy and the macaroni was cooked to perfection. The yams were great! Not too sweet but not too savory either. Lastly, is the cornbread muffin. It was enjoyable, but could use some butter, however i thoroughly loved this meal and would return again. I also ordered their homemade sweet tea and it is indeed sweet, but still delicious- perfect for washing down the cornbread. I added some cranberry sauce to myMeal and that completely took it to another level. I highly recommend you visit for high quality and delicious soul food in a clean environment with wonderful staff. The energy was great and the staff seems to actually enjoy their jobs. 10/10

I wasn't sure about this place but my friend wanted to go here so we did!! Super friendly workers. Food was home cookin soul food. It really tasted home made.

The food was exceptional. It was a little bit too salty for me. The service was a plus and the ambience is very nice.

Great customer service. It was a nice setting & the Mac was delicious! Also the banana pudding cake was amazing .

Clean building, friendly staff,an awesome food....What more could u ask for?...My personal favorite is the Turkey Wing dinner

After spending five minutes trying to figure out their ordering system I was not willing to pay $15 for a veggie plate or $18 for a chicken lunch. I hope the food is amazing but I walked out due to their business structure.
