Ghost Bar Restaurant and Nightclub

After several attempts of this old Jack-n-box over the years, I hope the owner of Ghost Bar is successful with this venue. Went to watch the football game and parking was a little tight, but expected to be that way. I got a spot in about 8 minutes. Walked inside and found my party but decided to get a drink first. I stood at the bar for a minute or so and the owner came out and asked what I wanted and he took care of my drink for me. Introduced himself and was very professional. The party I was with are foodies and they ordered pretty much everything on the menu. The food looked amazing and they enjoyed it. The customer service was awesome considering how much food and drinks were ordered. There are tv screens all around the patio along with electronic patio shades. They also had the heaters on for the cold folks. If you like an upbeat type of place with food and sports, this would be your place to be. It was out of my comfort zone but again, the experience was not discomforting at all.

We had a great experience! The service was great. We had the lemon pepper turkey fried to perfection. Chicken and waffles & the ghost slam was good. Loved the music and atmosphere. I will definitely be back

Ambiance cool. Service okay. The food was not to die for and like a few said in their reviews it (the food) did not match the prices. One waitress told us that it was happy hour, but when we got our bill back she charged us full price on hookah, birthday champagne (which she said was free for the birthday girl) and the drinks. I will never be going back there again! I waited to get change to tip the waitress and it took her a** over 20 mins just to hand me my change. I sat at the bar for a second and overheard two woman asking the bartender will they have any opening for a section the bartender lied saying they were booked for the night. The two ladies left and I stayed 30 mins longer with my crew there were no one in the sections or coming in to that dim lit restaurant. She straight up lied to them! I should have known this was a fraud when I saw a homeless man in the front of the restaurant making his bed and drinking from a cup (alcoholic beverage) in front the restaurant.

Overpriced. Poor customer service. It wasn't busy when we got there and we still had to keep getting the waitress' attention when we needed things. She was nice but overall they were all more focused on playing around and talking. We ordered the same thing but received one plate with seafood rice as a side with catfish, the other was a full bowl of seafood rice with catfish. We brought it to the attention of the waitress. She said that's how it was made and provided no solution. When the bill came we were charged the same price which was for 2 meals, catfish meal and seafood rice meal. Was not informed because we both asked for a side of seafood rice to replace the side for the catfish and was ok with an up charge. Once again waitress gave us the bill and said she didn't know but that's how it charged us. No solution given. So with some explanation of the problem to the waitress she offered to take half off the rice and gave me a side of rice to go. She also gave us a drink. Okay that was sweet, no problem. But we still should have gotten the side the comes with the catfish since we paid for the full meal. 18% Gratuity added on the ticket automatically when we were 2 ppl sitting at the bar. We were not trying to cause trouble so we didn't catch this until we got home. We tipped her in cash about $15 when paying for the food already. Lastly, the Seafood rice had too much sugar in it so it wasn't even worth the $20 dollars we were charged. Plus $18 for catfish with no side. We felt taken at then end of the day. We don't want to go back because of it.

I had a great time eating delicious food at your restaurant. The waiters and waitresses were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that you have a very modern style. Most importantly, let's not forget about every food that I tried and drink on your menu tasted great!

Popped into Ghostbar last night. Glad I discovered this spot off Richmond. Want to thank Chelsea - she was our bartender - top shelf professional service with a smile. The vibe is great - tvs, music, dj, and the Food!! Had chicken wings and fries- super delish. I want more now as im writing this!! Friendly people, music was a jam, just a great spot to hang. Theres both inside and a big patio. I noticed the service throughout is on point, mgmt seems to keep a tight ship but if anything, Chelsea seemed to enjoy her job so things must be good there overall. Also, she makes wicked drinks. Anyway, Lastly, ghostbar is Not pretentious at all, which makes it a place you can visit often. Thanks!

4 Stars-Good atmosphere, good drinks, and friendly service.I came to Ghostbar a couple nights ago to have some drinks and it wasn't very busy. Me and my friend had a couple drinks-although they don't have a crazy, long wine or champagne list, I was fine with that since their drinks were pretty good and the price was reasonable. No complaints on the atmosphere-good music, clean, vibrant. The bartenders were friendly and same with the cocktail waitress. I'm not exactly sure what hiccups Ghostbar has had in the past, but I recommend you give them a shot. I didn't have a bad experience when I went so maybe they worked out some of their kinks.

I was here for Sunday brunch. They open at 12 and my reservation was for opening time. I expected the place to be packed out but it wasn't. A few people were slowly coming in. Service was good. Our server was very attentive to us. The music was rap & R&B. It was nothing fancy but clean and a cool vibe. The servers are dressed like bottle girls. The drinks were ok.. i felt like my frozen drink was icy and tasted like it but my 2nd drink was better after I mentioned it. The bar manager was coming through checking on people. The food was good. My salmon bites were cooked right. I'll give them that because not every place can cook these. The cook did a good job. I'll keep them on the list for when I'm with a younger crowd for sure.

We booked the reservation here for my friends birthday. Some of the party arrived early we chose to sit at the bar. They asked us to move. We moved to a table and it took an hour to just get a drink order for three people. After getting a drink, we finally were able to order food. Another hour went by . Two hours went by before I asked to speak with the manager. we noticed there were only two waitresses working the entire inside and patio. We tried so hard to be patient and kind until off duty employee comes in with the group. He is sat immediately and he has service within 20 minutes. There were many tables waiting for service. Some even arriving before us. The entire experience was inexcusable. WOULD NOT recommend.

Don't bother wasting your time and money. The chef was nice, the waited seem overwhelmed. The place was empty and service was still piss poor. The manager didn't step in to help. The prices don't match up to the food quality.
