Had the Revival Food Hall Gemma Foods vodka pasta and I still think about it once a week! It was so deliciously creamy and the noodles were so unique and perfect for trapping the sauce. Everything else I've had here was great too.Their main Grand store does DIY pasta kits where they give you homemade noodles and sauce and for a reasonable price. My homemade one wasn't quite as good at Revival but still very yummy. Great for a date night.

Tried their stand in Time Out Market. I wasn't going to stop by here, but they had a sign showing Lamb Meatballs with Favas & Pesto and I had to try it. I'm glad I did because they were delicious! My friend and I both agree that this was our favorite dish out of everything we tried at Time Out Market. The meatballs were packed with flavor and not dry at all. I loved the pesto and fava beans they added to it as well. I would love to come to their actual restaurant to try more of their foods!

Amazing! Gemma foods made one of the best tasting dishes we have tasted in Chicago thus far. I got the burrata with bread and it was celestial/out of this world good! I have tasted burrata dishes in a number of places around the country and Gemma by far has had the most exceptional execution. I'm excited to try their pastas next!

OMG, Yelp made that list of 15? Best Italian spots across America that will drop ship to you a couple of weeks ago or so.So, had to try 4 flavors of Pastas, each came wiith their own sauce and each one serves two but pretty generous portions. Delicious! Some had more sauce than others but definitely will become a REGULAR of Gemma Foods! The pink boxes of pasta with numbers on top to match the sauce number. Very stylish in packaging and pretty green(eco), using paper/cardboard etc.~which I appreciate.ONLY needed to look up cook times and the sort, back on their website.I think the Sunday Gravy is my No. 1 for me so far....I already see new flavors listed!Can't wait to reorder~maybe when it gets crazy, just after Thanksgiving!Worth trying! Packaging was great in that there was NO Styrofoam! (Yay!)

The vodka pasta here was delicious. You get a big plate of it and the sauce is incredibly delicious. It was ready pretty quickly after ordering and the Timeout setup made it easy for us to sit down, grab some water, and enjoy. Would definitely order here again!

What a great price for such amazing pasta! The sauce was delicious and the pasta was cooked perfectly! The burrata was also a must get!

Picked up their take home pasta and at first I thought the portion was small but when cooked, it was a huge portion! The 2 person cacio e Pepe was sooooo good and we even had left overs. It was creamy and cheesy without being overly salty. I would definitely come back to try the other pastas. Would love to see a larger selection and maybe options for proteins or veggies on the side! Otherwise the dish was great quality and definitely worth buying if you want fresh pasta without the annoyance of making it yourself or going to a restaurant!

Stopped in at Time Out Market for a substantial dinner and was NOT disappointed. Despite being close to closing the staff prepared me a delicious cacio de pepe with a whole lot of love (aka cheese) and it was SO satisfying. Cant wait to visit the real location.

Oh my! Picked up their Canestri alla vodka for dinner last night and it was delicious. Was three generous adult servings. Popped across the street to D'Amatos for some fresh Italian bread and our meal was complete. Will be working our way thru the remainder of their pastas/sauces in the weeks ahead.

Luganega creamy sauce with radiatori pasta was the best italian dish I have had in 78 years! The depth of the luganega combined with the surprising lightness of the radiatori blends texture and flavor to a new level. A great gift from Emily and Jim. Mary Carey.
