By far the worst customer service ever! Family and I went in for some mini pancakes and snacks and they didn't have things we were wanting that were on the menu and to top it off the lady working there was very rude , impolite and unprofessional!

Prices are too high , there's really no flavor in the foodI got an agua fresca and mini pancakes and almost paid $20 ridiculousI told the cashier that it was pretty pricey for just these 2 items and she responded with it is what it is , not coming back!!!

The place inside is nice but the pancakes were horrible. The name of the place says "mini pancakes" so of course you'll crave that. I had high hopes and was so disappointed. Literally NO flavor. I added toppings of frutti pebbles and Cinnamon Toast Crunch, the cereal was STALE. So disappointed. Won't be coming back here.

We went yesterday 7/2/2023 The mini pancakes have no flavor at all. They were not cooked all the way. I will say the nachos they offer were good. The prices are pretty high... the inside was cute. But what killed it for me completely was the customer service. The customer service is soooo bad. Being that this is a new business you would think they would have friendly customer service. We were standing to order but looking at what the have to offer and she literally never greeted us. So I said Hi :) never got a hi back literally just staring. It was sooo awkward. I asked questions regarding the menu items we chose and she just kept giving us like an annoyed face. So I thought maybe it was just her, WRONG there was 3 of them there the one prepping and giving out the orders had an attitude as well and the other one that was cleaning. The cleaning one literally came to our table and just took our chair without even asking or even just an excuse me. The service is soooo bad there!
