Excited to try this place after seeing the great reviews. The upfront is a little confusing, as it appears to be counter service, which is where we ordered and took a seat, only to then understand it's also table service if you're eating in. Oh well. It all worked out. Not realizing we were getting lunch specials that came with fries., we ordered a few different appetizers to split. The falafel, veggie paneer, and garlic naan were all delicious, as were the hummus, tzatziki and other sauces that came with them. We also enjoyed our lamb tikka masala burger and vegetarian tikka masala burger. The regular and sweet potato fries were fine but nothing special. However, the lunch deal of burger, fries, and drink for a set price was a nice surprise. Everything was good, and we wouldn't hesitate to come here again.

Unique concept, friendly service, OK food! We visited from out of town and met up with some local Denver friends. Before coming here, I had looked at the rave reviews and menu. I thought it was an interesting concept! The menu seemed a little busy. I got that the concept was American/South Asian "fusion" but I was a little confused why there was a "Mediterranean" section. We stopped by at dinner time on a Saturday. I've heard that Downtown Denver is not super populated in general (as in locals don't typically visit downtown) so I was not too surprised the restaurant was about 30-40% full. We were seated quickly and the service was very friendly. We ordered the cheesesteak, masala burger, shrimp korma, and momos. The momos were the best part of dinner. Everything else was so-so. The masala burger was a little dry and the korma was fine but not amazing. The cheesesteak was huge - definitely would recommend sharing. I think the staff did a good job at checking up on us - but maybe a little too much? We were probably asked 5 times if we were doing OK and if we wanted to order anything else. The restaurant was also running a promotion for a free mango lassi with a social media follow - definitely take advantage of that while you are there!If we were to visit Denver again, I'm not sure we would be back to this location. We've heard some other locations have better food (based on who is in the kitchen).

I thought this place is pretty good. It has a unique concept combining American and Indian food. I tried the Marsala Burger and I'd give it a 7.5 out of ten.I liked the fries with the dipping sauce. I think the place is interesting and if you're looking for something different; or looking for someplace open late- this may be your spot to try.For me, I doubt I'll be back. Keep in mind the place is good, service was great. There's plenty of seating, as it's a long shaped restaurant.Ultimately I like other burger places better and other Indian places better. The place is good but my mind wasn't blown.If you want to try something different, try everyone else seems to love this place- it just wasn't my cup of tea.Happy eating!

Gaia is just confusing. They do Indian, they do pizza, they do burgers, they do Greek, they do wings, and they somehow find a way to "fusion" them all together. It was fantastic! How do you improve battered French fries? You pour tikka masala sauce and cheese on top! Want a masala pizza? Chicken tikka masala burger? Sure! Want a spin on a Phili cheese steak? Of course!

So I will definitely admit that I was skeptical of this flavor combination but wow, was it good! We went in on a Sunday evening and I was surprised at how many tables were open especially considering how good it ended up being, but they said that they get a pretty big bar crowd because they're open till 3 AM. As it was they had a tremendous happy hour- maybe the best happy hour specials in Denver. It was like going back in time 20 years, no joke. We tried the masala burger, which was outstanding, the butter chicken with naan- also delicious, and my son got chicken tenders which were huge and also yummy. Absolutely would love to go back. This place is a winner.

This is a unique fusion place of Americana and Indian - and serving both independently. I stuck with the Indian side of things, and I typically gravitate to Butter Chicken as my first dish at a new restaurant. While it may not be the best in town, it was great! It had that great rich red tomato flavor and silky butter backbone. The location right off 16th is ideal and the staff checked in on me regularly throughout the meal. 3.5

This late night open till 3 am 7 days a week with a wide variety of all different kinds of foods from hummus to burger is def a great late night is your looking for a little change up from Taco Bell after night of drinking or just a late night snack ! The location on Blake street has extetremely welcoming staff as well as the service and the food our outstanding . I've tried many things on their menu but their burger is one of my favs for sure . They have a great half circular bar as well as booths which makes it very inviting and a way to meet new people if you want or sit a booth and maybe catch on some late night emails or phone calls. Needless to say everything the tried on there eccentric Menu was amazing the burger was Bomb!!!!

If I could review this place a 6/5 I would! Subash was so welcoming when we came in, gave us great menu suggestions and was so attentive as a server! When you sit down you get great complimentary pappad with a savory tamarind sauce and he even threw in free chais for us (not actually spicy, just really good masala chai). The chicken tikka cheesesteak and tikka masala beef burger were absolutely exquisite. Will come back here for sure!

I ordered lunch special which came with rice, nan and main dish. There are other options that come with fries, etc. Chicken Korma was tender, juicy flavorful and great with mango lassi. Great selection, friendly service. I'll be back!
