Celebrated our anniversary at G.58 Cuisine this evening. Ordered the Peking Duck one of my husband's favorite. AMAZING. The skin crisp and will melt in your mouth. The sides were delish. Our server was Ellie. She was knowledgeable and very attentive. She recommended food options (due to food allergies)The overall experience was great. We met Q. After our meal, she came to our table and engaged in conversation. We recommend this restaurant to anyone that can appreciate great food.

I've had two really wonderful dinners at G58. The ambiance here is definitely upscale, so I would dress up accordingly. The service has been spot on, super friendly, and helpful. On my most recent visit I went with a larger group so we were able to try a great variety. First off the Peking duck is delicious. You have to call them or note you your reservation that you would like the duck. The skin was so crispy and I loved the fresh pancakes and elevated sauces. Dipping the crispy skin in sugar was not something I've tried before. Our server helped us navigate the menu a bit. We ended up getting their filet and two types of fishes to share to share for entrees. The fish that they boil in hot oil was amazing. It didn't have a super enticing description on the menu, but our server let us know that it wasn't crazy spicy and was perfect for sharing. It held true to his promises! The filet also melted in your mouth and the table loved the beef dumplings as appetizers. I also love that they bring out a little red velvet cake with a candle if you are there for a celebration. Just a nice little touch!

We enjoyed everything from the moment we came inside!! The woman at the front was very nice and kind to us as she brought us to the table. She mentioned how everything was made in house, from their cocktails, cocktails and their tea. The inside decor was absolutely stunning. Beautiful table sets, beautiful paintings. The service was very nice too. Very friendly, helpful and patient. The pot of tea was a bit pricey but very delicious in a beautiful pot. My sister and I got two dishes to split and they were so yummy! We got the waygu fried rice and the sweet and sour pork. It was the best sweet and sour either of us have ever had. Covered in sauce, yet so deliciously crispy. We can't wait to come back with our partners and have a little double date!! It felt like we were dining in new York.

I came here to try the Peking duck and I found that many other dishes were also notable. We started with the egg rolls, but they are pretty standard. The Szechuan fried fish was kind of like a hot pot, but so much more tender. It was unreal. The pork belly was perfectly done, with a sweet and salty glaze. And the Peking duck was generous enough for four, along with 12 rice wraps and a variety of condiments. What stood out the most was how knowledgeable the wait staff was, being able to describe the preparation and other aspects of the dishes. It made the meal that much more enjoyable. The only downside was the price. I've had these dishes in San Francisco, and you can get the same quality for less money. That seems a bit out of place for somewhere in Morrisville.

I was very excited to try G.58 considering all of the good reviews. We decided to go celebrate a birthday and made reservations. The inside of the building was minimal and aesthetically pleasing. We were seated immediately and our server was attentive and pleasant. The Pink Lady was bright and refreshing. The spring rolls were okay, the soup buns were super juicy and tasty and the shrimp was a very small portion but good. Overall the dining experience was high end but I was hoping for the food to be a little more seasoned and for the portions to be a little bigger. Otherwise it was an overall pleasant experience.

Scrolling thru Instagram for new eateries to try; I came across G.58. The video referenced it as an "upscale Chinese restaurant ". Since upscale is in the eye of the beholder, I said I'm gonna see for myself! My husband made a reservation, I don't remember if it's mandatory or highly recommended but make a reservation. The confirmation clearly tells you that business casual attire is required (that's letting me know everything I needed to know). When we arrived it was an hour earlier than our reservation ( we have to drive an hour to get to Raleigh). When you walk in you're greeted by a beautiful bar area and welcoming staff. Brandon was our waiter and he was AWESOME! He explained everything and would ask us our food preferences so he could recommend dishes. Everything is served family style so be prepared to share. We had seasonal mock tails to start us out and they were entirely too tasty! The crispy short rib - this was served luke warm and that threw us off a bit. BUT it was sticky, flavorful AND tender! The Jiangnan Chinese Salad - lite and refreshing! This was a blend of coleslaw veggies with bits of apple and orange peel. The dressing was a light vinaigrette and we couldn't get enough of it. Black Truffle Filet - tender and flavorful. Shaved pieces of garlic added that chefs kiss. Tempura Lobster tail - I was on the fence with this one. It was sincerely pieces of lobster tail tempura fried. It's also surrounded in a spicy breadcrumb mix so you're able to eat around the breadcrumbs if you prefer no spice. There isn't a sauce nor is this seasoned with anything so I was feeling like that was a small miss. Gold and Silver Chinese Bun - you receive 14 buns (7 fried and 7 steamed). They are served with a condensed milk dipping sauce which is literally a bowl of condensed milk. If you're unfamiliar with condensed milk it's a very thick sweet cream. It compliments the buns very nicely. **please note these are NOT yeast rolls**Crème brûlée - this was a typical crème brûlée. The pudding was great and the sugar wasn't burned so I really appreciated that All and all the service was great and the food was as well. The pricing is more of a $$$$ so plan accordingly. But it's a great place to go for any special occasion you're looking to celebrate.Bon Appetite !

A group of seven of us dined here last evening and we had an amazing experience, or at least I did.First our server and photographer Travis is a treasure and an asset. He is so knowledgeable and was engaging. He is certainly a G.58 Geek , but in the best way.Everything we had was amazing. Travis guided us perfectly. This is not fast food, this is like going to a friend's home to experience something legit, new and delicious. No Fried RiceNo Lo MeinActually, no chicken on the menu! (or none we noticed)Helenia gave us the benefit of an extra level of personalized experience and Travis was the perfect server. He stepped right up. from Motown ( the soundtrack for the evening) to pie .. pumpkin vs sweet potato.Thank you to my host so free evening and Travis!! He is a superstar! My one regret is that my phone was dying so l don't have food photos. SincerelyTonya

Food was amazing! Our server Brandon was very engaging, his knowledge of the menu was great as well as his suggestions and advice. The ambiance was very nice. We went for lunch on a Saturday it wasn't too busy. It is a family oriented style so all meals were shared. Everything was delicious, service top tier, definitely recommend and can't wait to go back!

It was our first time and had the Peking duck. The price online was $52 at the restaurant it was $94. It was sub par mostly skin no meat not sure it was a true Peking duck. The pancakes were thin and very good. If you are going for the Duck you may want to try another restaurant. The service was very good but he staff were all very attentive cleaned empty plates immediately and always had glasses topped off. The ambiance was very nice felt like you were dining at a five star restaurant.
