Future BBQ

Had a bbq plate while at Rosehill Beer Garden. It hit the spot. The brisket was super tender, sausage had the right amount of heat, and the potato salad was refreshing with a hint of sweetness. My husband and I got the two meat option and it was just enough for us both. Pricing was great and the staff friendly. BBQ sauce tasted vinegar based with heat at the end. If I were to come across this good truck again I'd definitely eat here.
