Fusion Eats Canteen & Cocktails

Came to check this place out in a Sunday for drinks since it was a nice day. They have a wrap around patio/deck on the first and second floor. It too awhile forThe drinks but I saw they were really busy and seemed to be short staffed. The drinks were good and the outside deck and patio is nice to just sit and relax. I'll try the food the next time.

Found our New local Taco Tuesday Happy Hour! They had something for everybody in a taco not to mention $3 Tuesdays special paired with happy hour $5 cocktail list. Staff had great recommendations and quick noticing if anybody needed anything.

So good and so reasonably priced. Loved the queso and both of the tacos I had. The flavor in the tuna taco was probably a little better than the Brussels one. So quiet on a Friday evening so I hope they get more customers as the place is great.

Finally! We have watched this space on Fairview transform from a house to restaurant over the span of a year. It was so exciting to see become a place become something we actually wanted to patronize. Their menu is so great and for everyone and their preferences. It took my husband and I a few minutes to decide what to order. So many different types of tacos, nachos, quesadillas, rice bowls, soups, and salads. They also a have bustling bar and two floors of seating with great views of downtown. We can't wait to return and try other items on the menu!

Omg wow! This is a hidden gem! I am absolutely in love with this spot! This is a 2 story gem in Montose! The food is amazing and the service is spectacular! They are extremely nice and accommodating. I can foresee this spot blowing up in the near future and being PACKED! 10/10 would def recommend!

We went maybe an hour after they opened on a Wednesday and we were the only ones there. We got watermelon margs, couple tacos, and a quesadilla, sat on the 2nd floor balcony. Great music, great vibes, great food, we would definitely come again

This place is fantastic! Since it's just a 10 minute walk from our home, we decided to walk here, so I cannot speak to the parking although there is street parking and a lot across from Cuchara.This place is super cute inside and has great indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered at the counter and opted to sit downstairs outside (I like to people watch).We started with the chips and queso, which tasted great. I added extra salsa to the queso because I like spice. For my tacos, I ordered the brisket taco and tuna poke. Both tacos were delish but the tuna poke was AH-MAZING!! I would probably order 2 tuna poke tacos in the future. I also got a skinny marg and it tasted fine but I think next time I will skip the drink.I love this place and will definitely be back!

Fusion is a fast-casual restaurant that serves food and cocktails. Order at the register and your food is brought to you-not sure if I'm a fan of this method but our food did come out fast.To drink, they make a solid Mojito, and the Skinny Marg was decent but is worth skipping.I really appreciated the variety of vegetarian options which was a plus. I really enjoyed the Nachos and the Mushroom Cremini Melt Taco. The nachos were fully loaded and that melt had a ton of cheesy, crispy flavor.I also tried the Falafel, Agedashi Tofu, and Tofu Tikka Masala Tacos, which were creative and good but lacked the flavor I was hoping for, which keeps me from bumping up to 4 stars. The Brussels Sprouts side was a bit flavorless, unfortunately.Pricing is good, and again options are also good. It's not a place I'd come back to, but I'm glad we gave it a try!

We've been here 6 times since it opened and every time the food and service have been fantastic. Try the Texas bowl or the shawarma tacos. Even drinks are relatively cheap for the area. They have a cool patio where you can watch the Montrose night life pass by on Taft and Fairview. Fountain drinks with free refills. Music is modern and upbeat. What's not to like?

Great drinks and food! 10/10 service as well.We sat on the upstairs patio and it was so cute.
