Unfortunately, another bad experience at our favorite Chinese restaurant in Knightdale. This new management needs to make some changes and quick before they run away all of the regulars. We decided to dine in and we don't recommend. The atmosphere is not customer friendly. Customer and Manager listening to phone on full volume. AND if you have missed the homemade noodles in your to go orders it appears we have to go in and sit down to get them. And they still aren't the same. Order was a mess and had to cancel soup. Bring back soup as a side for combination dinner!!! Bring back the prior management!! We miss them!!

I've been going to this restaurant for years and never had a problem with the staff being rude at all. I often get take out, My food is always hot and tasteful to me its the best Chinese restaurant in knightdale my family and I love it just wish it was opened on Monday.

Ok. Let's talk about Fuji China. RUDE. The lady out front has no idea what she is doing. She doesn't know her elbow from her ass. I'm serious. They serve food that should have been disposed of. Seriously. Chicken wings with malformed drumettes. Broke bones. Black at the joint. I mean damn. At least try. If you gonna sub grade B chicken at least....At the minimum get the face of your business right. That lady has some type of anxiety problem and cannot take high stress situations. Go home. Run a spa. Take out Chinese isn't for you miss ma'am. Ok then.

My first, last and only time at Fuji China.Online order placed 5:32 pm for Uber Eats. A mess with drivers. Delayed. So at 6:30 I drove to restaurant.They say no order. I'm showing it onmy phone. Waited an hour for them to finally make food febrile a dozen or soPeople came through and got food.Finally got $84 of food. Worst Chinese food ever! Ribs? I think they used Texas bbq sauce? Threw it all out. Both of us thought same thing.

Strongly would not recommend. Not only was food missing and restaurant unwilling to refund my money. There was also a hair in my hibachi. Go somewhere else!

Came to location, they don't have air conditioner on, you cannot eat it it's so hot, then I had to wait for my food to be prepared, and needed to go to the restroom, but it was LOCKED!! I'm not sure what is going on, but it's ridiculous for business to have customers pay as much as they do for food and cannot even get a cool environment to wait in. it's already extremely hot outside, then to be inside and the same is INSANE!! I will NEVER come back here again! they clearly do not care about their customers.

Y'all coming from an ex employee, don't go. It's horrible I don't appreciate how our "manger" treats us and our staff. When I approach adult employees AKA her family, they justify her actions by saying "oh that's just how she is". And I'm like ok so when she hits us, degrades, or dismisses us when I try my best to respectfully communicate... that's "just how she is"????? Hell naw. Y'all I could go on a rant about the disgusting hygiene too.... You don't want to eat there. My parents found a literal roach in a dine in menu and imagine the embarrassment I felt. One time during rush hour, I ended up dropping an order due to a miscommunication with bagging and wontons fell out the bag. She proceeded to pick them up, close the bag and sent it to the customer, but not before asking me to check to see if they were looking. She'll leave dine in tables, dirty until I clock in at 5:00 for my shift for me to clean. She's able to walk herself over to the table to grab the tip but can't grab any other dishes with her. i've had tremendous amounts of customer complaints, and I reported them to a higher authority yet nothing has been done, Nothing has been said, and no important conversations has been had. Not to mention their sanitation rating drops significantly with new management.Don't go. That is, unless you want to gamble with your health, mental and physical. There's no telling what they'd done to that food

Been coming here for years. Wish there were a better place in town. The food is okay; the problem is the miserable woman who works here. Absolutely terrible attitude and poor customer service skills. Also, if you like Chow Mein be warned the version here is with a white sauce and vegetables, not the traditional noodles you find in 90% of other Chinese restaurants.

Not worth it. The staff are rude and NOT helpful when it comes to dietary restrictions. I should not have to act like a Karen just to get food I can eat. The food is also way too expensive for what it is. $50 for 3 people from a Chinese restaurant in Knightdale is ridiculous. Just ignore this place. Let them rot and go out of business so Knightdale can get something actually worth going to.

Prices are to high for what you get, food is good but not THAT good. I paid $21 dollars when on the menu it says $18 and change, ofc you have tax I was thinking it'd be $20 at the most. Service was good.
